Spacious villa, perfect for a large family

Paying separately for the air conditioning in each room was a surprise and maybe I missed it in the small print but wasn’t clear and you need to have 1 euro coins with you.

Had everything that was needed. Spacious and very clean. Host was very helpful.

We loved everything, nothing to dislike

Wet had an absolutely fantastic stay here at this beautiful villa. We were a family of 2 adults and 5 children and we all fell in love. The rooms were so spacious and the en suites such a bonus. The space and comfort we had here was amazing. The heated pool was a dream and cleaned while we were there. We were a 3 minute walk from the nearest supermarket and about 5 minutes from the main strip. So peaceful here during the day and night. It was private and safe which was a must with 5 children. All the extras for the children in the large outdoor storage/playroom was exceptional and they had lots of games and puzzles inside also. We would highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat

Everything!!! The villa is perfect 👌 spotless and huge.. had a small issue with the tv and the owner arrived and sorted it for us.. a gentleman 👏. This was our second time staying in the villa and will be returning again.

This Villa was absolutely beautiful.... It had everything you needed and more, Claudio and his daughter and staff couldn't have been more helpful..... I hope I have the opportunity to visit this beautiful place again😍

Hard to get taxi home from center but that's not reflection on house.we had elderly couple with us so keep that in mind..lots of hills. Pillows were thin and quilt was thin as got cool at night do not put many kitchen appliances on at same time as electricity will go off.loved the double fridge. Charcoal bbq only used once as we are used of gas and hard to regulate

The villa was amazing.spotless clean.decorated like a home..so cosy and spacious.fully equipped with everything you could need..even a shopping cart and a scale for luggage.warm pool and was cleaned a few times while we stayed.10 mins walk to center but up hills on way back tiring. No need for air conditioning in february. Cool inside. 15 min walk to lidl..15 min walk to large shopping center and old town. Key in lock box at gate was great.

The option of more shade outside would be helpful (maybe the raised area?) as it was too windy for umbrellas when we stayed. And AC in the kitchen.

The Villa had pretty much everything you need for a self-catered, family holiday. 10min walk to the main strip and beaches (longer back up the hill…! 😅)

Villa Princesa was perfect for our first family holiday, ideal location within walking distance of the Puerto Del Carmen strip but far enough away thar sound wasn't an issue. Beautiful and well maintained villa with a nice pool and lots of seating options to relax in.

We stayed at this villa to celebrate my friend’s 60th birthday. The villa was very spacious and clean. The owner left wine, chocolates , tea bags, and water which was very generous. There were beach towels and bath towels in each bedroom. I would definitely recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful holiday with absolutely everything supplied for you. We enjoyed days by the pool, beach , shops and a boat trip. We had a very late flight and the owner kindly let us leave our luggage in the office and get changed before leaving. I hope to be able to return in the future. Thank you making our week amazing.

The addition of a dartboard and lighting in the playroom for the adults to use after the kids have gone to bed! We were a group of 6 adults so this is just a personal thing and by no means a complaint.

Excellent, beautiful property. Very clean and spacious. Staff were so helpful answering every enquiry promptly. Even going so far as to get bus timetables and work out routes for us.

no cleaning products whatsoever when we arrived, not even hand soap in the bathrooms, also the water in the pool was very cloudy

The villa was superb. A wonderful place to relax, entertain and enjoy. It was very well maintained and was of a high standard. Lovely en-suite bedrooms and decorated in a great asthetic style. It is set in a quiet location and only a 15 minute to the beach/promenade. Having a heated pool is a great plus too! Communication with the hosts was excellent and we look forward to staying here again.
