It’s beautifully laid out, it never felt crowded. There was never any struggle to get a sun longer. The service was impeccable and all of the hotel staff were warm and accommodating

It’s pretty massive so you do have to take a few different lifts to get around the place but that’s a small price to pay to have so much space etc

Amazing holiday. We have a 2 year old and it really ticked all the boxes. Amazing breakfast, loads of space and several pools to choose from. Incredibly clean and great staff. Hard to fault this hotel really. They even got me a bottle and a cake for my birthday without even mentioning it to them that it was my birthday.

Extremely clean hotel, room cleaned twice a day, staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent food. Lots of pools to choose from and the sun loungers were like laying on a cloud. Great views, Couldn’t fault the hotel.

We loved everything about this hotel, the only thing we would feed back is it would be great if you could order drinks and food through the app, currently you can just browse the menu and book dinners, but if you were able to put your sun lounger number in and order through the app, that would be excellent.

We love the food, the al a carte restaurants are amazing, all 4 of them, and you can visit them as often as you want. The food is some of our favourite we’ve ever had on holiday. The pools are great, we visited with our 4 month old baby this year and she had her first ever dip in a pool. The views are amazing, where the hotel is on several different levels, there are so many wonderful views of the beach and the hills, with amazing sunsets. Pretty much every location in this hotel has a wonderful view. The sun loungers are great, the drinks are lovely and good value, the staff are incredibly nice and attentive. We visited in late September so end of season and after the busiest periods, but we’ve always loved that this hotel never seems too packed, there are a lot of sun beds and room in the restaurants and very rarely are you struggling to find a sun lounger or feeling like you’re packed in - which was very nice for us and our small baby.

Nothing much. This was a great choice for a resort hotel.

The hotel and room were great. It’s definitely a resort type of vacation. It was our first time doing all inclusive and definitely worth it. Of course there are certain things not included, like premium drinks, but basically all the food in the restaurants, buffet, food trucks (healthy food truck was very good), and room service menus were ALL included. Our room was beautiful. It was very spacious. We had a balcony, living area, large bathroom, and a splash pool upstairs. There were many options for pools, the main rooftop pool, adults only pool, a somewhat large infinity pool (one pool connected to the other pool below, swim up bar is here), a small children’s pool, and a small heated indoor pool by the gym/spa. Many grassy areas and beautiful views around the property. We used the gym several times and it is fully equipped. There’s water and towels available for your use. There’s a small town with restaurants and shops walking distance and a golf course. The main restaurant with a view seems to be Restaurant Illeta (get reservations, fills fast). It is walking distance by the beach. We took a taxi to the nearby Andratx port and there were many more restaurants and stores and nightlife in that area. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. This is a wonderful hotel and wish we can go back.

We were by golf course and so random balls did come through the net. The shower in the bathroom did turn v hot randomly which was scolding !

Fantastic hotel and well thought out for families. Great staff who are all happy and helpful. Lovely view from the sky pool and wonderful rooms and food. Really liked that all food on the menu and all restaurants were included in the half board package.

There was a Lack of amenities. I had Booked a Junior Suite..for 3 Nights…Hardly anything was there..and was Never filled up either..

I had a problem with the cancellation policy, this issue had stressed me and my family a lot as our flight got cancelled unfortunately and we arrived 1 day later as such the hotel cancelled our stay, because of this we ended up arguing over e-mails. The hotel finally agreed upon arrival, but the experience could have been settled seamlessly given we already pre-paid, and clearly, we were not a no-show. A no-show is charged at 100% of the stay, which I find extremely uncommon in the hotel industry and way over the top.

Excellent location and amenities, friendly staff, and overall friendly and accomodating attitude.
