The breakfast was quite chaotic and it took time before the staff managed to clean the tables so there were a lot of dirty tables. The waitress who cleaned our table was unlucky and broke a water glass on our table. She did just brush it off the table so quite a lot of the broken glass landed on the chairs and under the table. She did not come back to take the rest of it. Also, some of the food was finished when it was an hour left of breakfast. The waffle makers were rubbish, so wouldn't bother to queue for those again.

Good selection at the breakfast. Friendly staff in reception. Rooms were okay and as expected. Very close distance to the city centre and shops. Very family friendly.

the windows are not well isolated the room is old sauna, why we have chosen this hotel, is a joke. It doesn’t get really hot there is snowmobiles station right in front of the windows of some rooms, therefore loud in our case cleaning ones came at around 4 pm a lot of people from different places/hotels in lobby due to tours, loud and messy

the bed sheets as well as towels are clean the breakfast is very good with a lot of variety the colleagues at reception do their best to react on all the clients request the location is good, though Levi is really small option of lunch and dinner for extra reasonable price

Mattress quality could have been better as it is rather soft & somewhat concaved from usage by previous (heavy) hotel guests. Else would love to be back for longer stay!

I really liked the sauna in our room. It is very close to the centre and main ski lifts. Beds are super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were kind and helpful.

Breakfast was sufficient but nothing special. Walk across the road to all the restaurants and shops. Supermarket was very close. There’s a bus to/from the airport for I think 5€ per person. Meets every flight. Close to slopes.

The beds are quite soft, and atleast in the main building the sounds travel from the hall to the rooms

The breakfast is really good in Lapland hotels. Great variety of local treats as well. Location is very good, right on center and the airport bus stop is in the back yard
