Difficult to find ie street access. Thought 'kitchenette' meant more than a jug and fridge! Maybe a microwave would be useful. No outside table or chairs. Windows above door let in light at night.

It is really dirty, dirty sheets dirty shower, and it didn’t feel safe at night, there were screaming at night around 3am down at the reception outside it was scary, we had to check out the next day. Will never stay again.

A rubber mat in the shower could assist in having a shower as it was slippery. A warm/hot water could also be an advantage and for those that have to wake early in the morning to have hot/warm shower before a long day in a meeting. The odd spray of mortein of flyspray could keep the intrusion of crawling insects and pests at night when the lights are out. A provision of mosquito coils in the room, with a lighter would be handy as I was bitten one too many times or my liking. It would be nice to change the tiles on the top office and the stairs or put some rubber mats along the way. My daughter had a couple of bruises to her arm and backside due to the wet weather and this could be nasty for other customers. Please make us proud that we are in the Pacific because of good accommodations and out generosity. Vinaka Vakalevu

Did not have breakfast there but it was good that there is one provided. The TV was exceptional with the reception and managed to keep up with the World Cup Soccer. There was abundance of shower cream/shampoo/soap in the bathroom and the water was running. The beds were comfortable and the A/C was also a bonus.

The location was an ideal location, however the street leading into the hotel was really dark posing risk to guests. Lighting should be installed along the street.

Couldn't figure out tv or air con some written instructions would be good. Hand towel to dry hands on.

Long list: staff was blunt and unable to help. They literally said no to everything. Bathroom was so dirty it had spider webs. No wifi or TV. Loud, you could here literally everything - including an argument on the other room at 6 am. To sum up, just run.

No breakfast. It's hard to find what I like about this place.

Communication and organization needs to work on. Room service was poor and pool was utterly filthy. Very disappointing for the amount I paid for this hotel.

It's not a hotel, its just like backpackers apartment. The towels were dirty. I bathroom was small and congested with toilet. Poor service. Could hear aircon noise from next door. Paying $185/ weekday night for one room was not worth it.

There aas no towels upon check in, remote for the AC was flat, heater was not working, TV wasn't working at all. We had to run after the lady at the front desk to get hings fixed in the room before we slept the night.

The only thing I liked was the location, more privacy and specious car park.

Cold showers no hotel should be operating with cold showers. I left my phone charger in the wall on check out. 2 hours later when I return the hotel staff saw it was not in the room. Thieves!

Chipped furniture Door handle was loose Linen and towels were stained and there was hair in the bed and a wet stain Asked for a change of bedding and got nothing, ended up sleeping on a wrap. Had to ask again following day. There was also lice in the room and cockroaches.
