We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaWe had to ask for towels. Cups and glasses were dirty. Lots of superficial renovation needed. Hot water in shower took about 4 minutes to warm up. Shower needs new grout or a good bleach. General cleanliness could be improved - false eyelashes in our bathroom sink. Friendly new manager but cash payment only; I had to ask for a receipt and I am glad I did as they didn't have my check out sorted and I was asked to show the receipt in order to check out. I ordered a taxi the night before but they forgot to do it and had to order it when I was ready to leave. Quite disorganised. I wish them well!
Right downtown. Right next to a shopping centre with a yummy food court on the top floor. New management are trying to get decent systems in place but are a long way off. Sheets were clean. Enjoyed the basic tv (once learning how to operate), fridge and the kettle with free tea and coffee. Very good value.

New ZealandThere were insects in the room, on the bed, and they came into my suitcase. There was loud construction outside of my window. The included breakfast only included white toast with margarine and a teaspoon of low quality jam and instant coffee or tea. Overpriced for what it is.
