Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I miss my flight and didn’t get there until the next day at 7 am , check out was at 11. It woulda been nice if they work with me since I can’t control a flight delay and obviously needed a room to refresh after a hot day out in Nadi
I needed something close to the airport as I was on a layover and this hotel work perfect for that

The leaking Air Conditioner in the kitchen area and a leak just outside the entrance of our room.

Staff didn't do alot of cleaning of the room most of the time room not vacummed and Bathroom not cleaned rubbish emptied. Cocaroches crawling everywhere along kitchen bench and cupboards Standard of cleaning is not good 😐 Roachers crawling in the room at night

Room, and toilette was not cleaned up. Room itself was dirty. We stayed 2x in past 2 weeks. During first stay room was perfectly clean. During second visit it was dirty. Since we just overslept with late checkin hour it was sustainable.

Swimming pool would had been perfect especially how humid the weather is on the daily.
1 bedroom apartment was exceptionally lovely clean great AC, staff were absolutely wonderful an very prompt on requested service.. convenience of location is absolutely perfect hop & skip to supermarket restaurants clothing store n more .

Towels had a few stains, they were happy to change it. Would have been great if the rooms had a microwave as well.

Staff shortages left us waiting over an hour for our apartment to become available. With my disable mother..we had to find seating outside hotel waiting. No milk or water. Poor house maid ran frantic and was overworked. What really disappointed us, was 3 front office staff..paraded up and down having casual chats whilst the house maid had no time out for a break or had any assistance from these staff and customers were rolling in...I am surely not for any slavery on our account. The admin staff kept on stalling us and while late checkouts are common..such organisation need to roll up their sleeves and assist. Kitchen facility lack necessary hand tools. Wifi was not free, and TV ran only indian movies..would help to understand that there are other cultures and basic news items..TV remotes deemed useless. Struggled with changing channels..
Well appointed apartments within major roads, within minutes from Airport and township. Food outlets, stores and shopping easy access. Bed arrangements and showers were well ptesented - Thank you to the maid score her 10. Facilities adequate and fully furnished, with dryer, washing machines and dish washer

Aircon very noisy all night.
Basic room but more than adequate for an overnight stay near the airport. Room and bathroom clean and hosts helpful. We arrived on a late flight and departed early next morning for Suva so this was a good choice. Taxi from hotel to bus station in Nadi around F$12 and less from airport.
