Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

FijiCould have a more wider menu option. WiFi coverage was lacking but took my own wireless router so wasn't much of an issue.
Great escape from city and main roads. Bit of a fun drive to get to the location but totally worth it. Amazing staff and rooms were clean and nice. Private pool was lovely. (Just needs minor touch up's)

AustraliaThe internet was very intermittent, the airconditioning in the room was inadequate and there were no fans in the restaurant. They also didn't sell alcohol which I think would have improved the service offering.
The location was awesome, the food was great, the room was very nice

IsraelThe WiFi in the room wasn’t very reliable. Few steps down to the beach needed some attention and a handrail would definitely help.
It was a little bit of paradise. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful in every way. Food was wonderful. We tried everything on the menu and everything was great. Quiet and relaxing and the location was beautiful. The pool was a good size for swimming. People came from neighboring resort many times because the food was so good and the staff was so hospitable. No TV which we were fine with but may bother others. DVD’S were available if wanted. A pair of reef shoes would be a good idea to bring.

AustraliaAlcohol free?? Not good, never heard of before. And menu needs a big lift, maybe a professional chef would help? Sorry but we won’t be back.
Very hard place to find and get to. It’s out in the middle of nowhere. But perfect little beach out front. Staff were excellent, grounds exceptional.

New ZealandWhile not really an issue for me, is that the resort is alcohol free, and while Wifi is available in the common area, it does not stretch to the room, not is there any TV available at all. So - load up the lapttop with movies, - if that's you thing.
The place, surrounds, pool and beach are excellent. - it is in a pretty valley leading to an excellent each. The food is exceptional. A wisely small menu, properly cooked with good ingredients, with some specials. Good friendly staff, - a mention to the manager, who seems to hold the place together single handed at times.. We also appreciated that the resort is adults only.

New Zealand- Not serving alcohol requires extra planning from guests. Be prepared, you won’t find a supermarket nearby! - The location is quite far from everything, meaning shuttles can get expensive if you want to go anywhere. - The furniture around the beach area definitely needs an upgrade.
- Rooms were tidy. - Swimming pools were great! - The staff is quite friendly and helpful. - Really relaxing. - Good food. - Wi-Fi worked really well for us.

SingaporeThe fact that the location was far from port denarau and airport meant some planning was required to factor in transport time.
Staff Vinaka, Lissy and Salome were attentive with lovely smiles and put in their best effort to accommodate and help with our requests. Food was delicious and piping hot. The remote location was a plus point as it allowed easy access to a beautiful beach that was not crowded and where we could enjoy gorgeous sunsets.

AustraliaThe road in needs to be graded and fixed, not so bad if you had a 4wd, but not really good for a small car. Included breakfast is continental, but only two choices of cereal. We suggest putting the yoghurt on a side dish and supply a jug of milk so people have a choice, instead of serving the cereal with yoghurt on top, juice with breakfast would be nice too. The other options were paid options and quite expensive. Dinner menu needs to be better, everything we ordered as a first choice was not available, and my fish on the first night was overcooked and very dry, it was disappointing. The music in the dining area was too loud and repetative. Gentle background music/ native Fijian music would be sufficient. Although we knew they did not supply alcohol and we brought our own, the resort would be lifted to a higher level if cocktails/ beer/ wine/ spirits were an option. The plunge pool needs a good clean, it has white stuff all in the water, not sure what it is. A new pool scoop and filters are needed, and the wood gate needs to be fixed. Inside the room was nice, but sliding screen doors would be amazing. This accommodation has so much potential and could be elevated into an outstanding exclusive adults only resort with a lot of loving care to fix broken things, bigger and better menu options and inclusions, and a drinks menu, especially pool side and from the hut down by the beach front if it opened to serve drinks and snacks to guests.
Loved the isolation, the beach, the sunset dinner set up on the deck down by the beach on our last evening was beautiful. The staff were lovely and the gardens were very well tended. BYO alcohol and have drinks with dinner/ poolside etc, as they do not sell alcoholic beverages. Great for relaxing away from crowds. With thanks to all the staff.

CanadaThere's very poor phone signal and no wifi, but the staff will provide you with a router if you ask. The beach was a bit dirty but is probably due to the rough see. The access road is poorly maintained and can get muddy if it rains, be careful if you drive there with your own car.
Nice resort located in a well-kept tropical garden. The rooms are nice and clean. Nice restaurant at the pool. Staff is very welcoming.

AustraliaThe resort doesn't serve alcohol and so you need to bring your own, but you can take it anywhere on the property and they'll give you ice. Sadly we weren't a fan of the food, so that meant long drives and preparations for future meals.
Once we got accustomed to the isolation, we really enjoyed being here. Very serene with lovely big rooms. The TV is a smart t.v so you can sign in to your Netflix etc and there is a lovely supply of boardgames, books and DVDs in the lobby/ restaurant. The gardens are magnificent and lush, with only 2 guys tending to them they do a remarkable job!!

New ZealandWifi and TV unavailable first night Our pool and courtyard needed maintenance badly especially the gate which was unable to be closed. The restaurant menu could do with some extra items added. For 3 nights some of the menu unavailable so not a lot of choices. Menu was very basic.
Our room was very nice and very comfortable. The Manager was very helpful and got us her wifi modem and helped to get the TV to work. We thoroughly enjoyed the big pool area which was kept beautifully. The garden setting is lovely. We also thoroughly enjoyed our walks along the beach. The restaurant setting is lovely.
