Excellent location near the Palace of Versailles. Near both Chantiers and Rive Gauche stations. Reception staff on arrival kind , warm and welcoming. Ann excellent breakfast very well served and presented. Small outside space to sit. A selection of drinks available from small bar. Also provide some dinner items if you would like

I booked a classic double room but was put into a single room with a double bed. The room was very small. There was nowhere to put my suitcase and once it was opened, it partially blocked the bathroom door. The breakfast is between 7:00 and 10:00. They ran out of croissants by 7:45 and said they were not bringing any more. Very poor selection of food for 14 EUR.

Could do with a little maintenance and upkeep. This includes the shower head in our room. Little by way of room furnishings - the cost of a night's stay felt a little high given the decor in the room.

Location near Versailles Chantiers Station and the Palace. Comfey bed with large window helped keep the room cool at night. Friendly staff.

In the middle of the heatwave this hotel has no AC. in our room it was 35°C and all they could do was give as a plain ventillator... this is inacceptable for us adults, but a real life danger for our 4 month old... Other than that the bathroom was tiny, no pressure on water and the entire room had 2 electrical outlets. The lift was so tiny that our stroller almost didn't fit

Only positive thing was the staff and the Location. No fridge facilities for medication, beds not comfortable and with 36 degree temperature no airconditioning for a room so small was quite uncomfortable. Felt it was overpriced compared to other hotels in the area that were offering air conditioning, room service and a small fridge in rooms at less cost.

Rooms lack AC and fans whilst present are not really up to the job and given the temperatures this made the nights sleep somewhat challenging.

Fab location given we were visiting the Palace of Versailles, plenty of parking in the area. Really great welcome and breakfast was good.

The staff was very nice and friendly. A fine breakfast was served by a very kind lady. You could have a glass of wine or a beer and sit under the trees outside the hotel.

bed comfort and no wifi connection.... actually so weak connection... unacceptable for the wifi.... couldn't work, needed to move to a bar close by to get access to a wifi connection at 11 pm....

Several times during the night you could smell cigarette smoke from outside the room.

Great location, ability to park out front (since we drove a car), proximity to Versailles, clean room (small, but adequate and nicely furnished). We spent the extra Euro for breakfast and it was well worth it (ie. eggs, cold cuts, cheese, croissants, breads, yogurts, coffee, tea, juices, etc.). Staff was very responsive and helpful. They also (all 3 reception personnel) spoke English. Highly recommend, great value.

We got a room next to ths elevator, which was very noisy and then broke down, so we had to climb up and down to our room (4th floor). Because of an event in the city the parking close to the hotel was unavailable, and we were not notified by the hotel staff even when they knew our exact arrival.

The location is great, and the room is compact and suitable for two people staying for a night.
