Great location for us. Immaculately clean, compact modern room, with very comfortable beds (twin), bathroom with excellent shower (good water temperature and pressure). Very helpful and friendly staff.

Comfortable in general. I discovered some spots on the sheets. Well, it could happen ! I cleaned myself... Nothing more. Small space but ok for single man. The most important critisem was the rain falling at 5 pm. My room was facing the short building and the strong rain falling against the structures at this time wake up me at once. Other thing ! When a room above you flush ! You ear every details falling along the duct... Very noisy...hihihi ! Well again for a night... it's ok ! But imagine, rain all the night ! I had to add a good additional argument for this hotel, personal are very awesome, ready to help you. Price is a little excessive for those prestations I think so ! Enjoy !

Nowhere to place bathroom items in the bathroom other than the floor Lack of a kettle - we're British!

Our superior room was still quite small but space was used very cleverly, particularly in the bathroom / wet room. Our room opened off the inner courtyard which was very quiet.

The property charged me more than the price listed in booking.com despite me showing them the lockedin price in my confirmation. I had to ask for invoice, which was not eagerly given. The charge was prior to checkin, as well as deposit of 50% on top of the price for room. The deposit was locked before I even arrived and there was no mention that this will happen in the booking conditions. 2 days post leaving, the deposit is still not cancelled. Outside of this unethical behaviour, rooms are impossibly small. I kept on hitting my head at TV trying to pass near bed. The sink is tiny, not possible to wash your hands without splashing water on your clothes. To wash face is not possible at all.
