The one major drawback is the lack of air conditioning. When summer temperatures hit 35 degrees celsius due to global warming, the heat in the room becomes unbearable even at night.

Great location opposite a beautiful park, quiet, and yet close to the center. The staff is absolutely lovely, the breakfast buffet more than decent.

A bit worn out and for some reason, this is the issue with majority of hotels in Strasbourg. There really needs to be more whole foods options for breakfast because they’re practically none. It’s mostly pastry. It’s very tasty and freshly made but no salads no quality proteins, just weird eggs.

The location is great and very quiet, next to a big park, but close to all the main tram lines, city centre and the European Parliament. The staff was very kind and helpful.

The staff was very friendly, they got me an ironing board when I asked and also free big bottle of water. It was very nice to stay in the property as it was away from the noises of the city while still being close to the city centre.

The breakfast was really disappointing. Havent had such a boring breakfast in recent times. It was better to say they dont provide breakfast rather than this. One week of easter we stayed in 4 diff hotels, all the others had good/really good breakfast.

Difficult to find anything we didn't like. The relatively small room was made up for by having a balcony and access to a small garden and the weather was nice so we made use of them.

10-15 minute walk into the beautiful city centre, this was a quiet location in a residential area - it felt more 'real' than a city centre hotel. We were able to sit on the balcony and watch people cycle by, the children playing football in the park. The place was all spotlessly clean and all the staff were smiley, friendly and helpful. There were nuts available at breakfast - something I usually have but didn't expect here so that was a nice surprise! They also included the local Bretzel as part of their breakfast offering along with tasty wholemeal rolls as well as the usual French croissant pastries. Comfortable bed and plenty of hot water.

Very friendly staff! We loved the location because of the nice and safe neighborhood and the park right across the hotel. Obviously a posh area. Great cafes and restaurants in the area. Room was totally sufficient. The mattress of the beds where nice and firm. Not Shabbostik.

My stay at the hotel was really pleasant. The location of the hotel is quite convenient; it's close to tram and bus lines, making transportation easy. Additionally, it's not far from the city center if you prefer to walk, and the walking route offers some beautiful views along the way. The breakfast included option exceeded my expectations with its variety and freshness, giving me an energetic start to the day. However, one downside to the rooms I stayed in was the lack of a refrigerator. It would have been much more convenient, especially for longer stays, to have the option to store some food or drinks. Nevertheless, I was generally satisfied with my stay and would consider choosing this hotel again.

The hotel facilities have seen better days, so a refresh wouldn't hurt. Also, having an English TV channel would be a nice touch for international guests who don't speak French.

The staff is definitely the biggest asset, very friendly and attentive. Farah, in particular, provided top-level customer service. The breakfast was good, and the location is quiet while still being close enough to the historical center.

The shower and toilet/towel rack were right next to one another - so close that it was impossible to open the shower doors fully. This made it difficult to get in and out of the shower, and also to stop water flowing out onto the floor when the shower was first switched on.

I had a second-floor room with a view of the park. Excellent location in a peaceful neighbourhood, just a walk away from the old town and very close to public transport links. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. Nice breakfast.

Since I was in Strasbourg for work, I was looking for a hotel close to work. The location of the hotel was very good. The breakfast was also rich. I left happy.

Front desk staff were cold. Barely a hello from them. Room was a bit like an attic and a bit warm. Kettle was a table which had no power outlet near it!

While there was a great selection of breakfast options, some of the items were unfortunately cold, and I missed having a toaster available.

Our room was a descent size, very clean. The heater was working perfectly. Our bathroom drainage was clogged, but we reported it, and it was fixed right away. Overall friendly staff and great location. We are very happy with the great service we received.

Curtains in room were torn. Had to constantly keep re-connecting to the WiFi. Not enough space to set stuff out. Soap dispensers in shower and at sink did not work were well-it was hard to push the soap out.

Very nice staff, facilities were clean, room straightened every day and fresh towels every day. Excellent location with a tram stop close by.

Smell from shower drains

Location was not far from the Centre and Christmas market. Staff were helpful. Rooms were comfortable and warm.

There wasn’t a lot of closet space in the room.

The location was a 5-10 minutes walk to the old town, the building was nicely renovated, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage there till our departure time. If you’re using tram, the station is nearby. Breakfast was excellent, the room was clean and heated. Wifi was working.
