To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

FranceThe room was _very_ hot with no air conditioner, and very tiny (OK for one person). No breakfast option (already informed in the listing, so no surprise - and there is a restaurant right next to it). A lot of noise from the restaurant below, but I guess that's city life.
The room was clean and the bathroom was very nice. The staff was also very friendly. It had everything I needed for my one night stay. Close to the Eiffel tower and well connected to the city center - the metro was nearby, so it was easy to get to/from the airport (both ORLY and CDG).

they clean seriously every day and they change all towels and throug out the garbage daily , location is good 15 min walk to eifel tower and same to arc de triumph and 8 min walk to bassy metro station , restaurant is nice and Macdonald just in front of the hotel as well , there are multiple store very close to hotel just few minutes walking less then 5 min , bassy plaza which lije a small mall anf it has multiple stores e.g.monoprix and others also there is a carrfure city store and others so alot of facilities so I encourage other to start their trip to either eifel tower or arc de triumph just walking and it. .

OmanWashrooms are super tiny and uncomfortable. Also, the corridor did not have a very pleasant smell. Automatic lights are installed in the toilets that go off while you are taking a bath (really frustrating). The receptionist is almost always involved in running the restaurant rather than staying behind the counter to assist the guests.
Good location with bar and restaurant attached to the hotel. Quite a few options to eat nearby.
