We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

FranceHot Breakfast was cold at 07:00. Orange juice was off as strange taste, fizzy. Not as good as usual so skipped it following day. The hall outside the rooms is very tired and needs refresh. Rooms with piscine and garden view on the ground floor are better. Noisy people above on first night.

Easy access location from the highway, nice venue with garden and outdoor area to sit and relax, the pool and the restaurant was just what we needed at the end of our day. The room able to host 2 adults and 2 kids is the most budget friendly feature!

FranceThis hotel is far from what is expected for a 4 stars hotel in 2023. My room felt like it was made and furnished in the 90's, not to mention the mattress that was very unconfortable (so old I could feel the springs) and the sheets not appropriated (no fitted sheets to cover 2 joint single mattresses which led me to strungle with the under sheet all nigh). Plus, you can hear the voices coming from the rooms around. Over 300€ for 2 nights, it's unacceptable.

United Arab EmiratesIt is really very very very old hotel, never saw Novotel on that quality before. Stains everywhere non removable, furniture prehistoric and scratched, carpet with dust, windows dirty… Also they don’t cook, they unfreeze and warm up pizza.
Enough parking, good location to travel around and to airport. Garden is nice and outside area of breakfast is nice.

SloveniaThe worst hotel experience I have ever had. The room was in bad condition. The carpets were heavily stained, there were stains EVERYWHERE, even the curtains were stained. The furniture is very old, it needs replacement. Food in the restaurant was absolute nightmare. We got a burger with stinky boiled meat instead of minced meat. We also ordered so called “salmon bowl” which contained rice, that smelled like fridge, the vegetables from another dish, composed clearly few hours ago, the bowl was also full of water, and the salmon was not fresh. I have never in my life seen such things in a restaurant, even the cheapest one. When we complained to the waitress, she was not surprised at all. So I guess she was not hearing this for the first time. This hotel surely doesn’t deserve 4 stars. I do not recommend it to anyone.

United KingdomThe room was dated,It was difficult to get into the bed as there was only 6 inches of space on one side and the curtains needed washing.The carpet needed cleaning and the door key sometimes did not work. The gates to the car park were supposed to be locked at 8pm for security but were never locked as there was a longtime problem with the receptions system for monitoring the security. Similarly the TV in the bar area was not working and apparently this was reported 3 weeks ago. The reception staff where unable to offer any advice of what to see and when asked were the garden centres where they sent us to a Florist!!
