We were delighed with our stay at Villa Du Roc Fleuri. We felt so wery welcome and appreciated - we will cherish the souvenir of this stay, of the dear Ms. Fanny and her lovely dogs. Rooms are spacious, beautiful and extremely clean, breakfast was amazing and the ambience very chic.

I loved everything. Truly.

The property is amazing. Rooms are spacious and nicely prepared. Also, the balcony view is very pretty. At first I thought it could be a bit too distant from the city centre and main beaches, but it turns out it’s a 10 minute walk from everything - so super doable. It’s secluded and intimate - perfect for couples or alone travellers. On top of that, Fanny (the proprietor) is the absolute sweetest. She is so careful and caring with preparing breakfast and making sure everyone was feeling okay… The dogs were also a cherry on top of the cake. Would totally go back :)

The property was cozy, clean, well equipped and in a perfect location, not in the thick of it but close enough. Fanny was a great host, she was responsive, attentive and friendly. I would definitely go back.

The hostess, Fanny was absolutely wonderful - she was kind, accommodating, prepared a beautiful breakfast to order each morning and had two lovely dogs that roamed about the downstairs bringing joy and warmth to the place.

The steps. You need to be fit as there are lots of steps to get to our room.

Quirky and comfortable. Fanny was an amazing host. As we arrived on an early flight she made sure our room was ready when we arrived before lunch. Good choice for breakfast tea and coffee available any time. Lovely garden to sit in.

In the age or AirBnB it’s easy to forget what a real BnB is like. The hosts were so wonderful and went above and beyond. They helped us make a custom itinerary for our days which turned into the highlight of our trip and was so much better than what we had planned ourselves. The breakfast was delicious, homemade, and the focus on sustainability was a great bonus. We loved the dogs too!

We loved the beautiful garden and breakfast area, our room and bathroom were very spacious especially by European standards!

Location isn't the most central, but close enough especially for the cost!

The owners of this hotel are amazing! The kindness and care they provide are something I’ve never experienced before. And to be honest, I didn't expect this in France. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the property has a beautiful garden. The owners are kind and accommodating. Thank you so much, it was a wonderful night! I know where I want to come back to now. :)

First and foremost a very welcoming, hospitable and helpful host. Rooms were clean and comfortable with good air conditioning. Location was close and in walking distance of central Cannes and transportation. We were served delicious breakfast every morning with homemade jams and freshly pressed juice. The host had two well behaved dogs, that wouldn’t bother you even if you aren’t a dog person.
