As a 2 star the bar is not really open constantly I get that , but would be good if it was . Pool was nice but I could not get shower to work . I'll be back

You need a car. I am sure this hotel had been magnificent at some point in it's life. Be real real careful of the bumps and digs when entering the parking area.

At the booking stage it was not clear that the family room has loft and it's so high with a sharp degree ladder.

The hotel was cheap enough for the area. Swimming pool was a really cool asset. Especially for the area a bit distant from the city. Kids were excited to play in the sminning pool.

To begin with, this place should not be on booking, the woman who manages it is abusive, she verbally and physically assaulted me. the place is horrible, unhygienic. And this hotel is a scam, I booked it at the last minute and paid in advance because despite the fact that I had seen bad reviews, we were only going to sleep there for a couple of hours, and I didn't think it was going to be that bad. but it was a complete nightmare. They also charge you 20 euros if you bring an animal, when it's ridiculous when other hotels usually don’t charge you more than 5. To keep it short, Is a dangerous hotel, there is no surveillance or reception at night, and the place is open. anyone can enter. you don’t feel safe, they were two suspicious men in the corridor of the room for a long time, I call the the police and they did not help me in nothing. I also had no privacy because she recorded me and my dog ​​and said nonsense things. I recommend you avoid this place. she is evil and dishonest !

No facilities for making a drink refrigerator did not work. Nor did the key safe. No food served at all apart from breakfast which was okay but pricey for the content. Most uncomfortable chair I've ever tried to sit in.

Room was clean although dated Air conditioning unit was excellent and worked well TV good and worked well Bathroom fine for 2 star standard. Plenty of hot water and good shower. Plenty of towels Piscine was nice and clean and ready for customers.

Receptionist cred little for her customers but a lot of time was spent explaining why the “double booking” could not be refunded. Fridge in room did not work.

This was provided as an emergency replacement for our chosen property which turned out to be scam. Frankly we were tired and fed uo so any bed was gratefully received. Good things clean cotton sheets, aircon, quiet.

In the family room, 3 beds, one large bed and two singles.. to reach the singles, you need to climb a ladder, and the two beds are next to each other, nothing else, no side table or lamp. No internet, never worked. No public transport, you need a car, no curtain in the shower/bath, no 24h reception . Had to pay extra for late check-in. The breakfast was 12 Euros , we thought it was expensive so we didn't take it . Small 21'' TV The hotel was expensive for what it is but it was during the Cannes festival, although it's not even near the festival.

the fridge did not work at all, the walls, the WC, and all the property need refreshment, parking is ripply, the high-way is really close, nothing within the walking distance so that you should take your car even to buy some bread, coffee is expensive, no cattle in the room, breakfast is not a buffet and one should order it the day before, etc.

There is a worm swimming pool, air-conditioning, and clean towels every day, a rather nice view from one side of the hotel (behind the highway), Mougins and Grasse are not far away.

The rooms were small and there was no kitchenette or stove to cook, or for that matter, a small dining table to sit and eat meals. The hotel also lacked laundry machines so guests could wash their clothes.

The rooms were facing the garden at the back of the building which was good. This muffled the constant noise of the motorway traffic which was nonstop and could be loudly heard from the building's main entrance.

When we arrive, they give us a room with out wifi and the director told us that the wifi dépend of the room location so we change the room (as the wifi is only at some spot in the hotel). The rooms are very small, the bed is not confortable and, many times, the room was not cleaned well… My son felt at the pool, and when I asked for ice cubes, the director told me that they don’t have ice cubes in the hotel and they did not help my son or find any other solutions for his pain. I will not come back to this hotel, the rooms are uncomfortable, their is no space at all to put your bathroom stuff…

Great swimming pool and I had a room just close to it. The hotel is in the green and even though close to the highway, the room is rather silent. Nice terrace for breakfast. The owner is at the reception and was very kind also waiting for me to arrive after reception hours. Free parking!

I hope the shamboo can be the higher quality one, after took a shower my hair seems to be more easily to get knotted. Also if toothpaste can be provided, it will be truly appreciated.

The bulding and garden and swimming pool are beautiful. The landlord is very nice and helpful. The room is clean and quiet, the bed is soft and nice, and I love the bathtub. Toilet paper, plastic cups, soap and shampoo are provided, and all these things and the trash bin and the bed will be renewed everyday. It takes about 20 minute if you take bus to Le Cannet and walk to the hotel, and the bus cost 1.5 euro and you can pay it to the driver.
