There is a lovely, tiny - 1 person plus suitcase or 2 slim people - lift which I much appreciated, but to get to it there were three steps so if you can't cope with stairs at all it would be worth noting this.

Location opposite the Gare Saint-Lazare was excellent. Old-world trafional feel to the hotel - very French post 1900 somehow. Lovely change from the modern "what city am I in now", feel of modern chain hotels. But still had comfortable rooms and nice shower etc. Sitting in the foyer area to have breakfast was great and again left you in no doubt you were in Paris! Will stay there again.

More food service available. They only had breakfast and is quite expensive for a basic one. But I know in advance, so no complains. Bathroom is new and pretty.

I was worried about the bed bugs .. none found. Everything was super clean. Size of room a bit small, but for a few days it was ok. Elevator is tiny (1 person capacity) but works well.

Nothing much especially in Paris where you do not go with very high expectations.

Property location is very good. Bang opposite the metro with good restaurants and super markets very close by. Well receptive owners who can speak English and they also take time to provide information if required.

Dated furniture and carpet in rooms, small TV. But we were in Paris and not there for this. One person elevator can be hard to walk to top floor depending on mobility level

Room was surprisingly spacious. Furniture was date- but expected. Benefit of a balcony overlooking the city. Bathroom was spacious and very clean. Room service each day kept room spotless. Great location to explore all the sites in paris- lots of nearby restaurants and also transit

There was some kind of loud base music that was the exact same tune and beat and played for a few seconds over and over and over again at regular intervals throughout day and night from somewhere outside. I could hear it through earplugs. The repetition was driving me a little crazy and not knowing what it was.

The location was in a bustling area, a good part of town, and a two minute walk to Saint-Lazare, which was why I stayed there. Staff were very friendly and spoke English. There was an elevator. Room was clean and had air conditioning.

Zero amenities in the room, no kettle, horrible bathroom amenities, you have to buy soap, shower gel yourself. if you want to iron your things you have to do it in the lobby! First time in my life I came across with such craziness. What is the problem of letting you iron things in your room? All the hotels allow it.

I can hear some noise at midnight and the WiFi is not good

The location is perfect and there are bus stops nearby. It's convenient to go everywhere. All the staffs are friendly. The room is big enough and it's suitable for one or two people to stay. Though facilities are old-fashioned, they are neat and clean.

The room was small. It was fine for me as a solo traveler but if you have multiple people sharing the space it would be cramped. I was also surprised by how small the elevator was. It fits two people MAX. Or one person and a suitcase. The decor was rather old but I don't care about that; everything was clean!

The staff were all very helpful! The front desk lent me an international travel adapter for the duration of my stay. There's also always someone at the front desk 24/7. While small, the room had a little balcony which was nice for getting some fresh air and looking at the busy street below. Close to public transit, which you can hear as the train passes by but not enough to be a nuisance.

Not having at least a coffee. The price increased when I finished paying the booking.

I booked this hotel with intercontinental breakfast, that’s what it said when I booked. But I did not get not even a companhia coffee. But I liked the location
