A little larger bathroom, but it wasn’t too small.

The price was good, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is older and the interior a little dated, but comfortable and the location was great.

Nothing much really, but a hand shower in the WC for toilet hygiene would have been great. This is a very cheap device that is also very easy to install.

Room balcony, breakfast area and breakfast menu, staff, bed comfort, cleanliness of all areas, plenty of mirrors in the room, very short distance to metro station and to convenience store.

The room was TINY and a bit worn. The furniture and carpeting have definitely seen better days. Also, the bathroom could use a little updating too. On the bright side, it was clean. When I have stayed at this hotel previously, I was definitely in nicer rooms.

The room was really small, even the elevator and the hallway to go to the room, seems like it's the standard in Paris. The miror in the bathroom had signs of tear.

The staff is a wonder and one of the best parts of my stay! Maria, Inès et un jeune homme qui m'a aidée pour les directions ont été on ne peut plus formidables. Inès m'a donné des astuces pour utiliser les transports publics et la recommendation d'installer l'application RATP qui est un atout hors-norme pour se déplacer dans la ville. The location is absolutely wonderful! All the major attractions are within walking distance from the hotel or within one ride with the metro. The metro is literally 2-3 min walk from the hotel. Lots of good restaurants around. I've shared my feedback with the staff, and they mentioned the hotel will go through some renovation in 2024.

The shower was kind of ick, and it seems the entire half of where the door should be, the glass was missing so despite trying hard and even taking down the shower handle to shower into the corner where there is a wall, it kept flooding the bathroom floor.

Room was super spacious given the extra bed added to the room and I know that’s not common in Paris. Elevator was super quick, friendly enough staff, and no bed bugs!! Location was great for what we wanted (to be within half an hour walk of all the big things and easy metro to them).

There was once a smell of sewage coming from the bathroom

Just came back from a trip with my mum and we had an awesome time. The hotel is near the metro, some bus stops and the train station. Honestly transportation was the easiest thing even though I was a bit terrified cause Paris is a pretty big city. The room was nice, clean and with a pretty view. The staff were polite and always happy to help. Overall it was a really nice experience

The room was on the ground floor, off the terrace, so we had access to an outside area, which was pleasant in the heat. We think we were in a room equipped for disabled persons, so it was spacious, and the bathroom was huge! The room was well equipped (fridge, seating, storage space) and pleasantly decorated. We didn't have breakfast, and didn't access the upper floors/rooms of the hotel, so cannot comment on this. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located just around the corner from a Metro station (Rome).

Very good location, just few meters to several Subway stations, depending on which line you need to take. The closest is the Ligne 2(Line 2). There is a supermarket right at the corner next to the hotel, opens until very late in the evening. So these are the best 2 points of the hotel. The receptionists are very nice too, they explained well about the transportation, areas etc. They also provide coffee, snacks, lemon water free of charge at the reception while you are waiting for friends, family or taxi.

The breakfast could have been better. The options were very limited and less.

We booked a triple room at the hotel. It was quite comfortable. The bathroom was nice, big and clean. Nearest metro station is Rome which is walking distance away. Neighbourhood is nice and quite as well.

Location is strange as we had to walk from Gare de i'Est and also from Pont Alma but that could be because of taxis in Paris!!!!! We were always going against one way traffic, it seemed.

Nice room for Paris albeit expensive. Staff service was very good and helpful. Bed and extra pillows were good quality and very crisp. Good size bathroom. Tea and decaf for free. Coffee capsules but had to use them in reception area. Metro stations were relatively nearby and in quiet street.

Could probably replace the mattresses, the center dipped down, we were in twins so even when you rolled to the center you weren’t disturbing anyone but they were a bit hard for my taste!

The staff! The front desk were super helpful, the cleaning service always restocked and cleaned our room even if we left later and had already done our floor! The lady that ran the breakfast buffet kept everything stocked up, clean! They also have a cute little game room for kids to hang out in! The breakfast buffet was delicious and had so many options!
