The Wi-Fi although visible, was not working, basically non-existent. Quite frustrating really. That was my only critique of the property. Plus the main TV didn’t work.

Great location. Vincennes is a beautiful area, the Chateau and Parc are right on the doorstep. Much more relaxed vibe than more central locations. 200-300m walk from the Metro (and supermarkets), which is a short hop to the centre. Spacious apartment with AC which is a bonus!

I got many insect bites while sleeping on the sofa, I even had to go to the doctor. I think measurements should be considered to prevent this situation.

Location was great, metro and RER very close with many restaurants and bars around. The neighborhood is very nice. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. No need for keys, everything works with codes which is very convenient.

The spiral staircase to get up to the apartment was difficult with heavy suitcases and no lift available. The hot water didn’t last for 5 quick showers for our family each night.

It has everything we needed for our short stay in Paris. It was clean and modern inside.

Kinda quiet place. Metro is very close, so it's not a big problem to get anywhere you want. Some local shops are very close as well. Basically all you need for living is just a few metres away.

Finishes and fixtures were not in great condition - there were unpainted drywall patches on walls and the bathroom heater was broken (permanently on). Beds are unmade upon arrival - bedding is provided but you have to put the duvet covers and pillowcases on yourself.

Excellent location, reasonably spacious apartment with comfortable furnishings. Kitchen is well equipped and very clean.

The common area and the stairs were dirty and looked run down. Painting and renovation seemed to be going on in the opposite apartment. The stairs were very narrow and winding, and it was a bit difficult to get all the luggage up to the first floor.

The apartment in itself was okay and good for the price. What you pay is what you get. Renovated and has all required facilities. Kitchen basic items were available, most of them half used by previous guests. Bed linen provided, but note that these are not white as in hotels/managed apartments. They were old and washed multiple times as well. Anyway they were clean and washed, and folded and stacked neatly in cupboards. We had to put the coverings on the pillows and comforters ourselves. Host was very much reachable and very responsive. Instructions were very detailed and clear. Location was also very good. Bus stop right in front of the apartment and Metro/RER just a few minutes walk.

Bed linen and towels that are offered to the guests should preferably be white and not dark-coloured. Some detergent tablets for the dishwasher could be provided (capsules for the laundry were provided though). The corridors and stairs in the building could be cleaner

The appartment was quite spacious and was fully equipped with elecrical appliances to support a family with young children. There were 2 television sets, one in each room. The appartment was clean. The building was on the main street, close to supermarkets, restaurants and the metro stations which allowed fast access all over Paris and Disneyland. Vincennes is a nice suburb of Paris you can walk and enjoy the Vincennes castle and the park

It was very funny to imagine my husband getting stuck in a narrow corridor on the way to the toilet. He would look like Winnie the Pooh in the cartoon :)

Convenient location. Near the metro, city train, Ancient Fortress, shops that are open until 23.30! Convenient key acquisition system. Comfortable kitchen with everything you need. We were in touch with the staff and received all instructions in advance. We also asked for towels and it was done on the same day.

The worst was the noise from the neighbors (upstairs/next door?). I believe they were also a big family with many kids and the noise even at midnight was a bit too much. Also in the apartment a few things that need to be fixed: one of the bathrooms door is broken and if you close it from the inside it cannot be open (only from the outside), the TV in the leaving room was not working properly; And coffee machine could be of better quality.

The three bedroom apartment is very spacious. We were a group of 5 adults and three kids and there was enough space for all of us. It is very close to RER A and metro line 1 which makes it very convenient. It is in a busy avenue so we have access to all sorts of supermarkets and restaurants but at the same time since it is in a back of a building there is no noise from the street. Well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine and dryer.

The shower drain was clogged when we got there and had to take out lots of nasty hairs. Other than that, the place was great.

The subway station is close to the property. The host gave good instructions for the self check-in process.

Well... It's not that we did not like, but it was not 100% ok... so don't take it as a bad thing but just as a heads up if you are a little to choosey. The bed sheets and pillow linen were clean (that part was perfect), but maybe because it was used for many times it looked a little off/worn out, but again.. it WAS clean. And we thought that the place had 2 bathrooms... And it does . But one has a shower and the other has the toilet. It was good that we did not have to wait to go to the toilet it someone was taking a shower at that moment but for five girls in the same place waiting to take a shower, was a little hard, but we managed and it was ok. So.. this info is more so you have a heads up if you wish for everything to be 100% perfect.

We liked the location, it was easy to find, very close to the Metro station (4 min from the station). We had some stores where we could buy what we wanted for a snack or other necessities. The place was tidy when we got there. We liked the fact that even though we had our morning flight cancelled and we arrived at the place at 11 PM, we receive perfect instructions on how we can enter the place and how to find the key. The place had everything we needed (iron, hair dryer, etc). We had a good communication with the host. No problem with the outside noise from the cars, the neighborhood was good, the place did not smell (and this is important for us because in the past we booked a place that had a smell so horrible that we were glad that we had to stay just one night there.. and never again). Thank you for having us.

Nothing to complain about. It is on the 5th floor but for what we paid we are very happy.
