Reception at 1st floor without elevator. Not ideal with stroller. Corridor also too narrow for stroller, so it had to be taken apart to get into the room. So this is a great hotel, but not recommended with stroller.

Nice and helpful staff, very good location, comfortable room with good noise isolation (rare in paris).

Shower is small, it’s open plan so does not have a screen, so water tends to leak out fairly easily. Nothing major, just worth being considerate of when showering, advisable to use the shower head to avoid leaks.

There was a lift from the reception area, but there was a spiral staircase to manoeuvre with luggage.

The location of the hotel was excellent for public transport.the area was very convenient with loads of choices for restaurants etc. The room was small, but ample by Paris standards, the bathroom large and well appointed, the heated towel rail was appreciated.

The room was spotless, beautiful interiors, relaxing. Comfortable bed. Great bathroom/shower. Loved the location, amazing view. Walking distance very close to restaurants and bars but nice and quiet at night. Great little mini bar and snacks lovely touch

The room was very small, we didn't have proper lighting , not even one hanging out of the ceiling, just two desk lamps and the bathroom not really clean.

Nothing. I’m an easy to satisfy traveler.

We walked to the hotel from the St. Michel metro exit. It took about 8 minutes. We walked to Notre Dame and St. Chappelle; 10 minutes. Perfect location. The rooms I reserved were pretty small but that’s ok-we were in Paris for 1 day between flights. Comfy, clean.

The shower did drip when off and overnight water got onto the bathroom floor - a hazard. So we kept a floor towel in place to limit water.

Location was perfect - easy RER access from airport. Great food nearby. Surprised that our room was a good size and the quintessentially Parisian room (wedgewood blue) and lovely marble tiled bathroom was a bonus. SUPER QUIET! The bed was also very comfortable and there was a great selection of pillows. Thanks for the safe and the umbrellas in reception.

There is a lift but not stared from the ground floor!!!! The lift starts from the first floor (reception) where you need to carry your heavy luggage up to this floor. It might be very inconvenient If you have big luggage, like me 😔.

Excellent location, with RER B station for airport less than 1 minute from the door, Odeon and Cluny metro stations, bus links and Latin Quarter right there. The room was a fair size for Paris and large Juliet style windows. Mini fridge was a bonus! Bed very comfortable. Happy we got it at a fair price at £120 (€140) without breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was good

First of all I found staff very good and helpful. Perfect cleaning in the room and hotel overall. It’s small cosy hotel and there are not too many people going around. This helped to have a proper rest. Location allows to get an access to the most Paris attractions.

The reception is on the first floor which can make it slightly challenging moving suitcases up the spiral stairs.

We really enjoyed staying at Hotel Cluny Square. The location was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. They put us in a larger room because we were traveling with a 2 year old. We were on the 5th Floor which was quite exhausting going up stairs (we are not a fan of lifts) but the hotel was happy for us to swap our room (which we didn't elect) which was very kind of them.

Well, there is an elevator between the reception and the rooms, but there the reception is in the first floor. So, you need to carry your luggage by YOURSELF to the reception. No one helped us to do that.

The elevator is not working. They keep on saying it will be fixed “tomorrow” but up until we check out. The elevator was not yet fixed. The room we booked is not the same room we stayed in.

It was a great fit for us, no complains

Convenient location, close to the metro, cafes and shops. It's on the central street although it wasn't noisy at all. Elevator is available from the second floor (reception) to the 6th floor. Rooms cleaned daily. We did not have breakfast there.

Excellent location to travel around Paris and great area to mix and socialize, with a wide variety of food outlets.

No major issues only thing is the rooms are a little small if you’re staying for a long time or planning to stay in the room for longer periods of time. This wasn’t an issue as we were only staying one night and weren’t planning on staying in the room much. Also if you have any accessibility needs there is no lift from street level to the first floor.

Great location! The room was very cosy with an incredible view. The metro was super close so it was easy to get around. We arrived in the morning and check in was at 2 but the staff let us leave our bags in reception all day.

Room was quite small but we were only staying for two nights so didn't have much luggage with us, so not a problem for us. If staying for longer might have felt a bit cramped.

The location was great. Very close to two subway stations and surrounded by good restaurants. Walkable to several main attractions.. Rooms are quite small but had everything we needed. Very clean, good air conditioning/heating and the staff were friendly and helpful.
