Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

ThailandMajor disappointment was the unstable wifi, sometimes doesn’t work. Expect better from a hotel.
For those who don’t want to rush Mont St.Michel in a day trip from Paris, this is an affordable option compared to staying in Mont St.Michel village. Great location, right opposite from train station and bus stop. But when I went, bus to/from St.Michel run only between 9am-6pm. That gave me only a few more hours more than day trippers, but still good. Room was quite small but nice.

FranceFor a 2 stars hotel I think is expensive. We had almost no wifi. We had a room for 4p, located in another building at the other side of the train rail. The floor of the building is made out of wood and whenever someone walk outside or inside the other rooms you could hear the noise of the floor.
The staff is very nice and gentle. The breakfast was good and inexpensive. There is cleaning service every day.

United StatesNo complaints.
I got moved over to their sister hotel which was nicer as this one was shut down due to not being very busy yet for the summer, the room at the other spot was amazing very clean the Wi-Fi was fast and spotless bathroom. It's also literally next to the train station which is why I stayed there.

PortugalLack of security - with our key we were able to open other guests’ rooms & the entrance door to the hotel is always open even though we have a pin to unlock the door we don’t need to use it. Dismissive atitude of staff - when we brought the issue to the manager he disregarded the problem, he just told us we shouldn’t have used our key in another room, obviously we didn’t do it on purpose we were just mistaken about the room number. When we said we were worried about the security of our room the manager just said “I will talk to the director” in a dismissive way

United StatesI had a second story (first floor) room that over looked a railroad crossing and a rail station! (That said, I slept through the night.) The shower curtain was not long enough to meet the bottom of the shower, so water all over the floor. Water pressure a little low in the sink, thought fine in the shower. Bathroom mirror low enough that I had to stoop to see if I combed my hair the right way.
I liked that I was able to book a room at the absolute last minute. As in book, travel less than 1Km and check in. Staff was friendly and accommodating. They had enough English to compensate for my lack of French. Breakfast in the morning was very satisfactory. Check in and Check out were a breeze. They also let me leave a couple of bags there for a day which was a life saver. Free parking for my moto just across the street in a city lot. My single window opened wide to let the fresh air in. WIFI was fine.

It's a good place to visit Mont St Michel. A publiccar park is opposite to the hotel, and it takes you about 10 minutes to got to the car park at the Mont. You also may choose to use public transport to get there (there is a direct bus connection. It helps save money at the Mont St Michel car paqrk (ca. 6 hours will cost you € 28.) A good supermarket is also 5 minutes by car away.
