No iron, laundry services very expensive.

Compact room but ample space for one given it's in Paris. Situated right next to the Louvre with several metro lines in walking distance. My room had a view of a mediaval church and the Lourvre. Staff spoke excellent English but were polite enough to let me practice my French. Generous bath and quality toiletries. Decor was mix of modern and 19th C. Loved using it as a base for exploring that part of Paris- very easy to get to major attractions with bus routes and the metro nearby. A few brasseries and restos also close by. Would definitely stay again.

- Property is on a tight side street. There’re homeless sleeping on the street. - 3 out of my 8-night stay, the housekeeping seems to have done an incomplete job…no towels, chunk of hair on the bathroom floor, bottles of lotion/hand wash randomly left on the counter

First room had no wash basin in toilet. Bathroom was up a very steep set of stairs. You couldn’t stand up in the bath to have a shower as roof was too low. In our second room we had smell of sewerage in the bathroom for days- staff attempted to fix but it remained. Requested 2 rooms close-by but they were on different floors and not in the rooms described in the booking. Two additional requests for payment by staff when we had already paid.

Rooms a bit out of date and very awkward bathroom. Unfortunately elevators were broken but staff was so friendly they offered to help with luggage.

The location is perfect. The room very quiet. Small hotel where one feels welcome at all times and people say hello to each other. Good common area with coffee for relaxing with friends.

The location was wonderful! So convenient. We loved visiting the church next door, and so convenient for the Louvre and restaurants. The staff were really excellent. Very friendly and helpful.

Stairs in room leading to bathroom. We were fit enough to climb the narrow stairs but think this should be highlighted in booking. There was only a hand held shower over the bath and due to the low sloping ceiling we had to kneel in the bath to have a shower.

Another pleasant stay in this charming hotel very close to the Louvre and the Seine, The rooms are small but well equipped, very calm. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast very nice. The personal is really friendly and helpful

The soundproofing between room needs improvemeny.

The location was excellent. Very close to the river bank and many cultural attractions. A great choice of restaurants nearby. The hotel was small and comfortable with courteous and professional staff.

Due to location the price was high. also there was no bar/restaurant facility but it’s location allowed for this as there were so many around the corner

No decaf tea or even coffee available at breakfast. Air conditioning was not working. Apparently the hotel switches the entire system off during the winter. Despite turning the radiator off, we found the room too warm at night, however opening the window meant we were woken early in the morning by loud voices and lorries in the streets outside.

Location was unbeatable. Bed was very comfortable.
