We couldn’t book an extra nights stay as it was fully booked but in truth that was because it was such an excellent and popular hotel

The staff were excellent and offered us help to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is in the heart of the town a skip and a jump away from the beach. The carpark was an added bonus right in the middle of the town.

Free parking is limited and entrance is narrow. Whilst hotel has a kitchen the only provide breakfast and some bar snacks. But lots of local restaurants on the doorstep

Lovely boutique feel hotel with nice rooms. Gorgeous garden and outside bar area. Nice bathroom and shower with quality linens and bathrobes. Our room had a lovely balcony. Location is superb right in centre of town. But rooms remain quiet. Transfers from airport less than 10 mins. Excellent bar with good selection of wines reasonably priced.

The parking is very tight so a general reminder to all guests that are parking ( or a sign in the car park) to park in the designated spots ( perhaps clearer marking of the bays too ) will help alleviate anger at inconsiderate drivers who take up two bays . Priority for the car park should be given to guests who are paying the 25 Euro per day to park.

Perfect in many ways … location .. central to so much - amongst restaurants , including a Michelin starred restaurant right near the front gates ( La Saleya ) The hotel itself has great food too. Situated across from the famous food market Les Halles , you can stroll through there and pickup anything to nibble on … fresh fruit, baguettes, cheese,wine etc … there is a great coffee place inside also Lobita which does flat whites just like Australia ( land of great flat whites!) A supermarket is across the street also. The central location means you can walk everywhere -the beaches are perfect to swim at & there are many to choose from. The hotel itself is gorgeous, beautifully decorated with a gorgeous garden area where you can relax , it’s such a retreat and quiet spot to unwind.The staff are really friendly and helpful. It really is a beautiful place to stay and enjoy all that Biarritz has on offer.

The only thing is that it was quite noisy at night because there are a lot of bars right near by. Probably it is quieter if windows are overlook the backyard

The location is great just beside very nice restaurants, shops and walk, the rooms are very comfy and the staff were very friendly and helpfull. We had a great time in Biarritz.

The hotel’s location can be confusing on GPS. Due to ongoing roadwork and numerous detours in the area, it took us about 20 minutes and several calls to the reception before we were able to find the entrance. If you're arriving by car, it's a good idea to call the hotel in advance for clear directions to avoid any frustration.

A charming hotel located in the heart of Biarritz. The team at the reception was incredibly friendly and helpful, guiding us through some frustrating moments when we struggled to find the entrance. Due to roadwork that wasn't reflected on Google Maps, many routes were rerouted, but the staff's assistance made all the difference.

The lighting was poor. We had to use our flashlight to use the room safe. Very dark in the entrance way where the cupboard was located.
