The check out staff was absolutely awful. The was very disrespectful and very annoyed as us checking out. Don't know what his issue was. Did not catch his name but it was a very horrible experience at the end.

The room was very small but cozy and clean. The location is absolutely perfect and was very easy to move around. It was worth it for the price and on very short notice. The staff member during check in was very helpful and accommodating.

Elevator only went to the 5th floor and l was in 6th. Busy street can be noisy but l didn’t mind. I sleep with ear plugs.

Our room overlooked the street, which is noisy most nights because it's such a bustling area, so just be mindful if you're a light sleeper you may need earplugs. There is no food or drink allowed in the rooms, which also means no kettle, tea or coffee provided - it's a small thing but something to be aware of.

Incredible location - the street is bustling and full of amazing food places, has iconic Paris theatre and jazz clubs right down the street and is directly next to the Metro that goes to the CDG airport, Versailles, and around the city. Can't fault the location, we could walk everywhere. The hotel has a small lift to get your bags upstairs (not guaranteed in many older hotels) and our room was recently refurbished and was comfortable and clean, a good size. The bed felt like a memory foam mattress and was so comfortable! The pillows not so much but we made do and slept solid. The staff were lovely and helpful the whole time.

The level of noise was quite high, both from the street and from other rooms. The hotel, while charming, probably needs an upgrade when it comes to the bathroom facilities. There was no safe in the room.

The staff was overall excellent - friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The location is also very good, a stone's throw away from major attractions, in a lively neighbourhood. The hotel was also very clean.

It had a great location, the room was functional with 3 single beds for me and my 2 adult children. The room was quiet and dark with comfortable beds which was perfect for sleeping after a long day touring Paris.

The cable channels were all in french, none in english. Also, if you could include some child friendly food on the menu such as chicken nuggets, that would be awesome

The staff were all very friendly and the location was excellent. 100m to Notre Dame and 950m to the Louvre. The restaurant was great and the Beef Bourginon was excellent. Highly recommend

It's a very old building and it's clear the bathrooms/decor have not been updated in a long time but I think that's reflected in the price.

The location is great, right in the Latin Quarter. Even though you are amongst the bars and restaurants there is no noise from the streets when the windows are closed. The beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was just a tray with all sorts of stuff! I could not eat anything apart from pastries (warmed up on a microwave,probably)Dinner in their Restaurant (next door )was as bad. I expected more from French cuisine,perhaps ☹️

We were rushed out of the breakfast room every morning at 10am so that they could prepare for lunch. A young family arrived at 9.55am and were refused breakfast. The water was turned off at midnight for 6 hours. Very strange. Couldn’t use the toilet or shower effectively during these hours. Dripping toilet cistern on the last night kept me awake all evening. My fault but I left my shoes/boots in the hotel room on departure. I went back 2 hours later to check with lost property and was told nothing was in the room and it had been fully cleaned. I can’t be certain but I can only assume the cleaning staff stole my shoes or threw them away. I’d stay again as the positives outweighed the negatives.

Perfect location. Right in the heart of the Latin Quarter. 10 second walk to the Seine and Notre Dame. Easy access to CDG airport and Gare De Nord station. Top end 2 star hotel, could easily be a 3 star. Cute little breakfast. Value for money. Gentleman on the front desk was extremely welcoming and friendly. Also gave us lots of local knowledge on where to go. Late checkout as standard and allowed to leave bags for free.

Tiny room, tiny bed, no head room. Breakfast was a set plate of things I didn't want. Very small cup of coffee and a charge imposed for any more,regardless of all the things I didn't want. More ordinary (fresh) bread would be nice and less sweet stuff.

The rooms are too expensive and too small for the price, I have been staying at this hotel for years and it's time to stop. The hotel needs to be refurbished if they intend to charge that high rate
