Lots of stairs to get to the apartment. Windows in separate bedroom was closed due to the positioning of the bed which made sleeping very uncomfortable as temperatures were very high.

Location was excellent. Communication was good with the staff.

We were really unlucky with the choice of our weekend, as there was a heat wave in Paris as well as the national music festival meaning: it was crazy hot in the apartment, the fans just couldn't cool it off enough during the night. Opening the windows was impossible because of the noise level of the cars & loud people. I believe under normal circumstances it would have been way more comfortable.

The location was awesome - few minutes away from le louvre, plenty of boulangeries / patisseries right in front of the apartment & great connection with public transport available. We felt safe and in a good area.

We personally didn't find it a problem, but there were steps to the second floor and even in the room to bedroom and bathroom. A toaster would have been handy, and the location of the kettle was awkward. Minor things I know.

This was a great little apartment in a central location that was perfect for a dad and his two daughters (12 and 9). Lovely big windows, loads of light, comfortable beds and decent breakfast boxes left outside the front door every morning at an early hour which meant we could get out and sightsee without being impacted. The one gripe we had - and this may have been due to the fact it was Valentines Day in the interim - I emailed and WhatsApped (on the numbers provided) to get the apartment freshened up (cleaning of bins, fresh sheets, toilet rolls etc) but this was clearly ignored for 30 odd hours, and only replied to on the morning we were due to check out. Apologies were given but no reason provided for why those repeated requests were simply ignored from the night before Valentines Day until the mid-morning after. Overall, a good apartment, great location and comfortable stay - we would stay again but perhaps we would need to be more forceful with our cleaning requests.

Check in was a bit of a hassle since the room cleaning wasnt finished til 4:00pm we had to wait almost an hour to check in. However, they offered us a compensation which is good. Theres no lift so if you have heavy luggages, you might want to take it slow going up and down. Hotel is near louvre which is great. Check in is easy

Nothing was essentially wrong with the property. When we came in the pillows on the bed were a little damp and the WiFi was not always stable but nonetheless everything was great!

Some small annoyances: the main road is a little noisy at night (traffic, ambulances etc.); the TV is small and cannot cast from own device; the main bed was a little flimsy. The host disabled our code one day to early, and we had to use our international roaming to call them to fix the issue.

A perfect small apartment for a short family stay. Lovely view on a typical Parisian street, a perfect location close to many local and touristy restaurants, bakeries, cafés and a brand new large shopping centre.
