Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

I have booked for one night in room no 21 bed no 6 There were two guys in the room they really made me feel like crying.they e were from Morocco they asked my name where I am from and what my religion is. I said I am from India and I am Hindu. After that they really misbehaved with me .like Lough in loud touch my bed 🛏️ disturb me lot i couldn't sleep till 3 am . somehow they sleep by 3 am then i sleep after all this nonsense. It was the first time I found these kind of people in Europe.
Of course it was quite a peaceful location since it was quite far from city

No towels offered on arrival, room is hot, and other neighbours loud when trying to rest.
Affordable price per night, great for last minute or solo travellers on a budget! Public transport close proximity, hostel located in suburb close to airport.

Loudly enviroment and be ready to know how bad smell your neighbours if you are not familiar with hostels.
Friendly reception, nice hospitality. Was my last option to stay one night close enough to drive 10 min to the airport.

It is situated next to a park, close to city centre. The room is clean with comfortable bed. And the staff are friendly. I had pleasant stay there.

The breakfast was very unsatisfying, barely a breakfast. The kitchen didn't have much equipment and there wasn't enough room for everyone. The info about the room was unclear

The dorm rooms are not safe, anyone can get in the room during the night! People from other rooms came/come to any dorm to have shower. The baddest thing is to see that the owner of the hotel knows everyone but she doesn't take the responsibility to put these people in they place. One person who apparently lives at the hotel came to me to have a fight, saying a lot of " NosenseWords", and have noone to calme this evil person. No reception, no cleaner, noONE. It looked like I was in a cenario of "America Horror Story". Few days later the same guy came back to the room with to other lads putting the light on my face. This place got a RUgE adm Problem. It has no management at all. The rooms has no keys. During the night friends of anyone could get in the room. At 2 in the mornig was a hell. Some people know that there's no one at the hotel to watch and come to room 11 to "rest"... They don't change the bedsheets for each guest that has used the bed! The next guest will sleep on the dirty. .My bed was smelling "sweating", it was horrible. I stayed in that place for 14 days and my bedsheets was changed for once, at the end of my stay!

I was racially discriminated and sexually harassed by a group of other guests. The staff was no where to help me. I had to call the police.

I came after check-in time but the staff was super forthcoming and everything went smoothly when I arrived in the middle of the night. plus, as a bonus, the bed was suuper super comfortable!! great experience, will come again if I'm in the area

Rude staff, weird guests, very noisy and some guests made lots of noise when sleeping and waking up and slamming the door and turn the lights on while everyone was asleep. Never again, very bad experience
First impression pile of rubbish outside the building, got in the receptionist was very rude and unwelcoming. Bed mattress and the pillow were so flat and smelly. Kitchen was also dirty. The bathroom was so outdated like it was from a horror movie, the only thing that was ok the park outside the building

Very welcoming staff in a lovely part of Colomiers. The breakfast was fine, and eating out on the patio provided a great ambiance.
