The location is great - close to Gare du Nord but in the middle of the trendy Canal de Saint Martin quarter. It was amazing to have free coffee and hot chocolate at any time of day. The inside courtyard was great for the kids to bounce about in over breakfast.

Wi-Fi didn’t work for over half of our stay and the hallways vaguely smelled of cigarette smoke.

The location is great, well connected to tourist attractions both on foot and by transit.

Despite mentioning it on Booking, the biggest drawback of the hotel was the non-functioning Wi-Fi. Despite complaining a few times, the issue could not be resolved. The hotel staff tried to fix it, but it didn't work. Throughout our stay at the hotel, we couldn't connect to Wi-Fi at all. Apart from this issue, everything else was beautiful.

The rooms were clean, and the location was very good. The hotel staff was very warm and helpful.

Me and a few of my friends stayed at this hotel for a few nights in December. The hotel itself is small but it is extremely friendly and very cosy. The people at reception are always very helpful and so nice. They were giving us recommendations for food and how to get around Paris. The location is amazing. You are so close to all the public transport which is very easy to use. And the area itself is beautiful and nice and quiet. If you’re looking a for quick stay in Paris I would definitely recommend.

The shower was pretty small, the room did have some weird angles, the walls were damaged and the elevator was super small so we had to go one by one with our stuff

Super nice location, friendly staff, sweet bakery and supermarket on the other side of the street. Nice room and accessible by an elevator. We were earlier and the room wasn't ready but we could leave our stuff at the hotel and went to explore and came back when it was time.

It's a shame that there is no refrigerator or kettle in the bedroom, instead you have to make the trip down to the entrance where they offer free bottles of water and hot drinks, but it is a bit of a shlep when you're already in your pyjamas and decide you want some tea!

The rooms were really cute, a little small but enough for myself alone! My room was on the 5th floor so I had a really nice view of the streets outside, the bathrooms were good quality and water warmed up super quickly which is not always a given! The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful, all knew English too so my bad French wasn't a total disaster! They eventually even knew my room number when I walked in to collect my keys. I really had a good time staying there and would come back again!

The bed took up almost the entire room, we needed to open a heavy door to get to the toilet after our little hallway (all within the room).

We got a room change, once we asked for it, staff were friendly, good location, close to bus or metro
