Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SpainRoom window was wide open over the street, so not much privacy if the curtains are open.
Great staff, super friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Oskar at the reception. Third Langley hotel I stay at, never disappoint. Love the style of the hotel.

United KingdomThe hotel is at the top of a noisy street, which is full of bars and restaurants, and the windows are not very sound proof. It does mean (even with ear plugs in) you are likely to get woken up in the middle of the night by late night revellers. It is also pretty noisy on a Saturday and Sunday morning as guests leave various accommodations and buses pull up directly outside. There is no parking in the hotel but there is an indoor car park (P1) very nearby. We didn't book it in advance unfortunately so it was full, which meant a bit of a trudge to car park P2. I would definitely recommend anyone bringing a car to book in advance. Possibly a tad overpriced for what it is but then it is based in the highest ski resort, so to be expected really. You can definitely find more cost effective options nearby.
Good breakfast with lots of choices, both continental and cooked options. They even had oat milk and almond milk available, which is pretty rare for the French Alps! The staff were friendly and the location is very good. You can walk a couple of minutes behind the hotel and access the slopes directly. The room had great views of the slopes and was much more spacious than many others I have stayed at in ski resorts.

IsraelNot enough space in ski room when hotel is fully booked (and it is most of the time).
Very good pizzas in restraunt, other meals less recommended (especially carbonate, which is not carbonara). Also very reach breakfast - very recommended.

BelgiumTop location and very friendly staff, good breakfast and great pizza's. Even glutenfree pasta and pizza available. The glutenfree bread could be better but enough yoghurt and fresh fruit available for people with coeliakie.. This hotel has a lot of potential but it needs some renovation. We didn't sleep well because of a very rumorous heating radiator that we couldn't turn off. Don't forget to book a parking space near by. Val Thorens is car free so you need to park your car on the city parkings. Without reservation you risk to walk 30 minutes. Tango hotel was okay. Very friendly students from all over the world are running the place but you pay much more than in a youth hostel. So the price quality ratio felt a bit out of balance. If the radiator should not have kept us from sleeping, we would have been more satisfied.

LebanonThe bedroom was too hot during the nights and there was a problem with a slight sewage smell in the bathroom. There could also have been napkins, a water boiler and other treats you usually find in hotel rooms. As for the restaurant, it is difficult to get a table if you are not travelling with a group that has pre-booked dinners and if you arrive late for breakfast, many of the items may already have finished. I would have expected more from a hotel in this price range.
The hotel is situated around 100 meters from the closest ski slope. It is in an area with several restaurants, bars and shops and very close to ski rental places, including one that offers a discount for hotel residents. The hotel room was comfortably large with a spacious bathroom. The restaurant and bar on the ground floor have a great atmosphere and are very popular, without noise affecting the rooms (ours was on the first floor, but we never heard noise from the bar). The staff in the reception and bar/restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Finally, there is a great spa in the hotel, where I had a fabulous massage!

United KingdomThe boot room situation is a bit crazy as it can be overfilled with all the gear from the après ski traffic but should be fine to get a proper storage rail once they leave later in the evening.
Great location for access to the main lifts and a lively bar area for après drinks (the stone-baked pizzas are recommended too). Staff were friendly and welcoming.

IsraelDuring peak times when everyone was showering, the water temperature wasn’t always hot, though this only happened once or twice. Additionally, the ski equipment room isn’t spacious enough to accommodate all guests, so there were instances where there wasn’t enough space for everyone’s ski boots to dry properly. The location is generally good but requires a bit of walking in the morning for ski-out access.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The staff was lovely, the atmosphere in the hotel was great, and the restaurant and bar were the perfect spots to end the day. The rooms were comfortable, and despite our initial concerns about noise, it was very quiet and relaxing. I also loved the breakfast – it was fantastic!

SwitzerlandI think it could be very useful to have a lock room for luggage especially due to the fact that cars can be parked far away. To make sure to enjoy the last day of ski and avoid the nightmare of parking again the car having a locker room would be very helpful. but staff was able to accommodate our request and let us use our room to store our luggage. Very nice of them.
We really like the hotel for its location, not down town so it was quiet but still super convenient to walk around and ski. Great view on the mountains. Great breakfast with staff super helpful and always happy to help.

United KingdomWet room type bathroom - though the underfloor heating in it was effective. The pizza oven and steam room/hamam were not working. Would have liked a kettle and two balcony chairs in the bedroom.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner, both the set menu and a la carte, was tasty, well presented and reasonably well priced for the location. A wide selection of items was available at the breakfast buffet. Nice to have a sauna. Good access to and from the pistes. Accessible, warm ski and boot store. Lounge area with fireplace made for pleasant after-dinner relaxation. The room was comfortable with a great view when sun set over the slopes. Interesting array of hooks around the room for hanging up and drying clothes.
