The city tax increased from €2.88 to €8.13 per person a night which came as a shock as Booking.com hadn’t advised us of this increase.

Location very good, easy to catch buses or use the metro. Good choice at breakfast. WiFi very good. A wide selection of restaurants nearby. Staff helpful and friendly. Room beautifully made up each day.

Location was perfect: close to Montparnasse but in a quiet side street ; room nicely decorated. Came in early & receptionist found a room for me. Free minibar was a great treat !

Can be noisy could hear people wlaking down the stairs and in other rooms etc however this wasnt too bad.

To begin with the staff at reception are very friendly and helpful with good recomendations for restaurants and any assistance required. The hotel is in a good location with a metro round the corner and plenty of restaurants to eat nearby. Can walk to louvre etc and attractions easily. Room is big enough and very clean and comfortable. Free minibar which is much appreciated. Nice bathroom and the hotel itself is clean. Would stay again! Room had everything we needed and more.

Cozy and warm hotel close to 2 different metro stations and to many restaurants, very convenient for moving around in Paris. Rooms are extra silent and they’re equipped with a Nespresso machine and mini bar with freebies. Extra support from staff in all potential needs at any time during the day (including restaurant reservation). Breakfast was good in terms of quality. We were travelling with a little child and the crib was ok and comfortable for her

Arduous taxi ride for some to see the attractions on the other bank. Paris traffic can be brutal and this lovely hotel is a bit removed from the attractions on the left bank.

Quiet lovely boutique hotel just around the corner of some very nice eateries, bars and cafes in the Montparnasse neighborhood. The staff are absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful. Great location about halfway between Catacombs and St. Germain neighborhood.

Not a dislike per se, just the sealant on the shower door needed replacing and caused a bit of a soggy towel puddle in the bathroom

Great location right by the jardin du Luxembourg, with metro and boulangerie/coffee/shopping super close. Very quiet at night, safe surroundings and neighbourhood. Staff were lovely and helpful, the hotel was quiet, all amenities provided including coffee/tea etc. Room was clean and compact, bed super comfortable, good shower pressure, couldn’t ask for more for a short stay.

Lack of air conditioning and the bathroom could use a makeover.

The room was very nice and quiet. My only complaint was that the room was too hot and the air conditioning did not work. Fortunately, we were able to open the windows wide and let the cold air in. The staff were wonderful and very helpful.

Coffee from machine at breakfast was satisfactory but could be better. Generally a very quiet hotel, but occasional minor noise from lift shaft next to our room, could be a problem for light sleepers.

A very nice little hotel in a secluded side street very close to Vavin Metro station- (about 100m). Staff were all helpful and friendly. Continental breakfast was good with a reasonable variety of dishes. A building with character.

Staff were really fantastic. Makes such a difference when you arrive after a long journey to be greeted by happy, enthusiastic staff. Rooms were a good size and were really clean. Perfect.
