Room was a bit small but worked for us. There was only a single body/hair wash available - not a shampoo, conditioner, body wash.

The only criticism I can move is that unfortunately the WiFi was not working at all , wich is a bit difficult now days considering that you need internet for everything .

The hotel was lovely and very clean , the cleaning lady is a pro , she does her job very nicely. Our room was very nicely cleaned every morning and always had fresh new towels . The reception is open 24h per day which is great . The hotel also has a nice Italian restaurant. In the area you had a lot of bakery’s and place to eat .

A comfortable small room for 1 person was fine. Although the bathroom smelled of mildew the floors were never dusted especially under the bed.

The staff at the restaurant downstairs weren’t very friendly…it felt like they didn’t want hotel guests to visit the restaurant.

Internet connection is so-so, hot water is bit of an isssue - you have to run water for a while to get the hot water which is waste of water. Furthermore, the water fluctuates from hot to cold to boiling, not sure why. Walls/floors are not greatly insulated so if you get a noisy neighbour, it might be an issue.

Friendly Staffs and great location. Nice bakery infront and a bustling area but surprising not too much noise from the outside. Lovely housekeeping staff.

We were on the 6th floor and couldn’t hear any noise from the street, but the walls between rooms/corridor are so thin, you could hear the clothes hangers hitting our bedroom door quite loudly and the cleaner kept us up from 07:30 as she was having a phone conversation for more than 3 hours and it sounded like she was sitting inside our room. The room was also pretty small (but I think that’s pretty standard for Paris). Bed was comfortable but the pillows not so much.

The location was great for us, there were lots of bars and restaurants close by which is always good. Also very close to 2 different metro stations. Very clean. Complimentary coffee every day as well!

Whilst it was nice to have a choice of 2 pillows, 1 felt really hard and the other was lumpy. There is some renovation going on inside the hotel and I slipped on some of the materials.

Good location, tall ceilings, everything you’d need in a hotel room including a little tea and coffee maker. Located on a quieter street but with a couple of restaurants so it’s got a nice atmosphere when walking around at night. Friendly welcome at reception.

No safety deposit box in the room Although there is a kettle available to use in reception,.from a personal perspective I. would have preferred a kettle in the room instead of the Nespresso machine. The light in the corridor was on all night even though I believe it was a sensory activated light. Unfortunately there was a gap between the bottom of my room door and the floor., so the light was visible even when the room lights were off. I had to place the bed cushions against the door to block out the light. Not a huge deal. but just to note

Location was walking distance from the Bastille district. 5mins walk to the Metro station Charonne. -No 9 Line. A few bars, boulangeries and mini-marts close to the hotel Booked a Queen Room which was compact but comfortable

The walls were really thin so we could hear others in neighbouring rooms and in the corridor.

Nice sized room, well located and not far from metro stations. The breakfast was good in the mornings and there was coffee and tea available all day.

There is nothing in the room, only 2 coffee capsule and towel no tea kettle tissues etc. The room is super tiny same as the lift.

The property location is nice not that far from the metro station and some bus station.

The room is so tidy, but good renovation and cleaning, and towels changing every day live you good impression. It’s OK for Paris. The breakfast was ok, location is nice too. It’s just 5 min. walking to M. The stuff was so friendly and helpful.

I found it difficult to know how to control the heat in the room, and the elevator was very tiny and the door wouldn’t open at one point so I had to take the stairs.

I liked the fact that it had pretty much everything I like about a hotel for a good price. The first night I was in Paris I stayed in a hostel and did not have a good experience. I was grateful to have found this place quickly. Everything was clean, and everything replaced after my first night there. Even though the room was small, I was grateful to have privacy and all hotel amenities.

The lift was miniscule, the bathroom was very small. There wasn't a safe (which the website says there is). The bed was very soft, which wasnt for us (but that is personal taste). The room temperature was hard to control at first but we eventually sussed it.

Staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Excellent location close to metro stops and food restaurants. The room was very quiet given its location and we felt safe there.
