The double bed was twin beds locked together with an uncomfortable dip in the middle. The maid didn't clean or renew the dirty cups in the room which I thought was slovenly. .Breakfast staff were not proactive at topping up food items.

Location and nearby Metros, bars and brasseries. The bathroom was functional and very clean, however the toilet roll stand was removed by the maid after the first night.

The elevator is really tiny and can fit one person at a time which makes it difficult to take luggage up and down during check-in and check-out

The check-in process was simple and efficient. I travelled for work and needed the room to keep my stuff and sleep at night so the property suited my needs. Daily cleaning service is excellent. Didn't try the buffet breakfast but for 14 euros seemed value for money. The reception is 24 hours so there is always someone to help you out with your needs.

There was no hot water in the shower. The staff was quick to react to this and helped us resolve the problem in just 10 minutes from our first arrival. The staff member who "fixed" the issue showed us how to do it, in case it happens again. It kept happening all throughout our stay, every time we came back to the hotel exhausted, we had to wait for the hot water. Personally, it was not a big issue, but when you spend the whole day outside, you just want to hop into the shower without having to take extra steps to get hot water! On the second day of our stay, a staff member knocked on our door asking us to clean the bathroom floor, because water that was leaking from our bathroom caused damage to the room below us. I guess they automatically assumed that we were showering with open shower doors, however, that was not the case. Upon further inspection, we realized that there was a leaking pipe behind the toilet, which was probably causing this damage. The staff then told us that we will have to change rooms the following day. That day, we had early morning reservations and even though I asked them if we could move out our stuff in the afternoon, we were forced to pack everything out at 7.30am. The room we were moved to had a strong, humid smell coming from the bathroom, as well as a leaking shower rod. At this point, it felt hopeless to complain, so we went along with it. Plus, I have to add that the walls of the rooms are PAPER thin. We could hear the conversations of all guests in the rooms around us, as if we were all in one big apartment... Overall, I would not recommend this place for a longer stay, if you're staying for 2-3 days it should be bearable...

The location was great. A 20-25 minute walk from the Louvre - as someone who enjoys walking and exploring, I was barely using public transportation to get to the main touristic attractions. There is a lot of bars and restaurants in the same area as the hotel. It's a very lively and pleasant location.

Small room, small bed, even if it's described as double bed, it's quite small, I would say probably max 140cm x 200cm. And because the space is so small in the hotel, it's also pretty noisy. Overall it wasn't a bad stay, but I would try to find better options for this kind of budget next time.

Pretty good location, close to public transport (5-10 minutes walk). Restaurants and shops close by. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Beds hard, not my preference but as said, the location does make up for a lot. The step into and especially out of the shower is quite large and when it is slippery it can be tricky, there is nothing to hold on to.

Second time I stayed here, the location is the big plus, just a short step from metro, bakery, restaurants, supermarket, Lafayette etc etc, maybe 20 minutes down to La Seine? And the windows could be opened, curtains were very well blocking out the light from outside.

Room does not look like the pictures on booking.com at all. The actual room is old and smells old. We were looking forward to a modern accommodation and were left with a room with very low ceiling, a smelly room and clearly in need of refurbishing to match the pictures on the booking.com page

The elevator is small. We used it to bring the luggage up and down on the first and last day, mainly used to stairs but absolutely didn’t mind it since there weren’t so many stairs!

Very nice room! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Very clean, felt safe, loved the bath! Perfect location for a city trip. Would come here again.

Dirty. Thermic discomfort. The room was not like the pictures. The bathroom had black noir tiles, making up dirty. The safe deposit box was not working.

There was a strand of hair (not ours obviously) and a tiny small stain of blood in the bed sheet (very visible as it s on top and in the middle)- safe to say it s not thoroughly cleaned. We opened the room to air it only to realise this is right above some restaurants and we could smell cooking. The room was small but expected, however overall it s not a very pleasant experience.

The location is convenient. Staff was nice and responsive.
