The lack of toiletries in the room - just one dispenser with foam cleanser, no shampoo, conditioner or body lotion. Whilst the tea/coffee in the room is welcome, you are only given two small cartons of milk and day and we were refused any extra. The pillows were lumpy. We had two evening meals which were a little disappointing.

Nice hotel. Room was a good size. It is in a great location for the Grotto. The room had a fabulous view of the esplanade so you can watch the processions. The bar area is good with a lovely balcony overlooking the river. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The first room we got was old fashioned and we had an issue with the shower but Arina arranged a new room for us without any delay. She was incredibly helpful and polite. Also, we found the swimming pool to be quite small, which may not meet everyone’s expectations.

The location was 5 minutes walking distance from the Sanctuary.

I kept having to reset my key card because it was near my mobile phone and the magnetic strip interfered with it.

The staff were friendly and efficient, the hotel staff were warm and welcoming. The foyer is spacious and bright, it is stylish without being stuffy. The gift shop is ideal and useful. Extra lifts!

The only downside was that I had to step out of my room to get the wifi and it would get lost when I would go back in further away from the door. But really it wasn't an issue, just a minor annoyance.

The location was the best! Best location ever. The staff were so friendly and everyone was able to help regardless of language. The lobby was beautiful and comfortable.

Small room.

Location is very near to the basilica and grotto. Parking garage is safe, but very challenging to get in and out. A van cannot get in. The restaurant is very good value and the food is good. Services are also very good.

We arrived on Friday, Saturday, and we were out until 5ish on arriving back to the hotel our room had not been cleaned which wasn't a problem but we were hoping for a cup of tea /coffee but there was no milk. We rang reception and asked for some, happy to go and get it but the receptionist Vanessa said the room was replenished 'mornings' and we couldn't have more, we explained our room hadn't been done as yet, she then said that was because we had but the red section on the door. We said we didn't know what the red section was then realized she meant the 'do not disturb sign' we said we hadn't done that but she hung up. I went downstairs to speak to her but she was really rude and refused our request however another member of staff spoke to her in French, she replied in French, then Vanessa spoke again, the other receptionist replied but went to get milk, tea and coffee and brought it up to our room apologizing.

Location was fantastic, 1 meal only in restaurant, very good.
