The only comments I have about the AC which was turning off at night for some reason, but to be fair I didnt check with the staff about it and it could be better if they add a kettle in the rooms.

Overall I liked everything, room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Pretty sure they watered down the orange juice on last morning until I commented and they replaced it with proper orange juice

On Saturday night there was noise from the street until 2:00 am, perhaps better to ask for a room that doesn't face the street.

The hotel is located in an excellent place, close to the bus station and the metro. There are many restaurants and patisseries nearby. The rooms are bigger than the usual in Paris. The stuff were amazing!!! Helpful and kind.

The only downside was the noise from the strret. Although the room had noise isolation, it was very noisy. We could hear the noise from the street until late at night.

Could perhaps have done with slightly more front desk staff. Those working there often seemed a bit distracted, perhaps because they had several people to serve.

Location helpfully between Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est and the centre of Paris (Pompidou Centre, Marais, Ile de la Cite). Not much of a looker from outside, or even in the lobby, but my room was reasonably well-designed and comfortable. Everything (that I tried to use) worked. Exceptionally good breakfast

AC was shut off on the day the temperatures were low . So had to keep the windows open and there was lots of street traffic disturbance at night

Friendly helpful staff; clean, comfortable room with a very nice, recently-installed bathroom. The breakfast was good and reasonably priced ... the receptionist even opened the breakfast room early for us on the morning we needed an early start. The neighbourhood is probably not the smartest in Paris but seemed safe enough and was very convenient, next to an underground station (on 3 lines) and a 20-minute walk from the Gare du Nord.

The elevator was very small and not working. No air vents in the bathrooms. Room can get quite warm if the window isn't left open.

Twin room at 18m2 was well laid out and did not feel small. Modern rooms, small bathroom but well appointed. Great location about half way between Gare du Nord and Notre Dame. Metro station only a short walk. Cafes nearby as well as a superette. Excellent breakfast.

Friendly reception, super nice lady fluent in French and English, & very efficient. Clean everywhere & good beds. Lady receptionist sincerely apologised when electricians fixing the aircon reported to her that given room wasn't ready. It was fun, imagine entering with guys in the bathroom😜, one in the ceiling...well, it was fixed after a walk & dinner. Nice room and best hotel staff I met in Paris in the last 33 years. Merci beaucoup! J' espère te revoir la prochaine fois. Succes!
