The exterior of the hotel was being painted and covered in scaffolding and shrouds. That wasn't really an issue for me. However, my room had a very strong smell of fresh paint and was quite unpleasant. I had to leave the windows open and aircon for a few hrs to clear the smell.

Needs a shower curtain 😂 Slightly awkward to drive to, but that is more a comment again Toulouse's one way roads, not the hotel!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking available on site. Great location to walk into town, so lots to do and lots of restaurants, shops and bars within easy walking distance. Old fittings in the rooms, but they work efficiently and they are spotlessly clean. Good value for money.

Hotel is clad in scaffolding - it would be best to let customers know ahead of trip. Keep curtains closed in Working hours. Bathroom doors very numerous!

Very convenient location arriving at train station and leaving next day on bus to airport. Excellent reception. Lift. Comfy room. Good shower and bath. Good value and prompt breakfast.

To be honest, nothing. The price and location makes it a very good place to stay the night. If, however, you’re looking for accommodation for a few nights, you may find the rooms a bit small and dated, but please remember that the price and proximity are excellent.

Hotel Orsay has the perfect location for those arriving in Toulouse straight from the airport, and planning to spend the night, before taking the train to Lourdes, or another part of France. The hotel is right opposite the train station, and the airport shuttle stops exactly opposite too. There is a supermarket, cafes, and restaurants around the corner. After spending the night in Toulouse and Lourdes as well, I have to say that, the French hotels have very comfortable beds, and very helpful staff. Hotel Orsay is a near perfect place, if you’re spending the night, before traveling again. It’s worth mentioning that considering the location and convenience for later travel, the price is a bargain.

Air conditioning was very loud. Only one cup for the two of us. No shower curtain or bath plug.

The eating area seems a little packed if all the tables where used.

I really appreciate the support & kindness of the receptionist. I forgot my passport, he calmed me down and helped me to find a solution to retrieve it.

Wify not the greatest. For instance, in 2 twin beds, I would have connectivity while my girl friend on other bed, did not.

Lovely, welcoming staff. When we first arrived, room not available, so we stored our luggage at hotel, then walked the area and had lunch. Room ready when we returned.

Storage space in the room is adequate but limited. You now have to pay to leave luggage. Biggest gripe is that the WiFi is very slow and you have to keep logging in.

The Hotel is just a few minutes walk from Gare SNCF. Staff are friendly. The bed is comfortable. Room size is adequate.

The hotel was 5 minutes walk from where I was working, so it was perfect. If I had had more time for leisure, I could have crossed the road and walked along the canal path. On Sunday morning, I had a couple of free hours and was within easy reach of the old town centre by foot. The welcome at this hotel was particularly friendly; they also went out of their way to receive a parcel for me prior to my arrival. They could not have been lovlier. Breakfast is pre-ordered, so you just sit down and there it is. The room was large and everything was spotless. I had a bath with a shower inside, so used both. Their walls are soundproofed, so you don't hear a chirp at night. Other guests were likewise spared my terrible snoring. The mattress was extremely comfortable. The hotel has a charming old-fashioned feel about it; nothing is stressful. I will definitely come back next year.

The staff are all fantastic, the location is very handy for the railway & bus stations and it's a short walk to the town centre. It even has secure parking at a very reasonable cost.
