We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

NetherlandsParking underneath the hotel (public parking) is expensive as you would expect in city center. Although rooms and restaurant are styled nicely, this is a large hotel (not a boutique hotel): long hallways with may rooms. No issue though. I would still recommend this, certainly for 1-3 nights(!)
Nice central place with a lovely rooftop terrace/bar/restaurant. Rooms are styled nicely. Overall they did a really good job refurbishing a dull building into a friendly hotel. Rooms have toilet separate from shower/bathrooms which is a nice plus.

United KingdomAs the hotel is built in a courtyard the view from the room is of a modern conference centre but it is 1 min from the lovely river front, so great location, so-so view.
The room was very well appointed with great design touches. The rooftop restaurant is fantastic, superb views, great food and a really excellent breakfast.

United StatesBordeaux was HOT during our visit and the lone AC vent was puzzlingly located in the entrance room and NOT the bedroom. So the room was very inefficiently ventilated.
Super friendly front desk staff, excellent location (very close to Tram B stop, walking distance to Chartrons, Notre Dame, downtown and old town) Rooftop restaurant/bar was beautiful as well.

United KingdomWe upgraded to a panoramic room to celebrate our honeymoon, we weren't informed that sadly the panoramic view is of the offices opposite, so the curtains stayed closed the whole weekend as you can see into the rooms clearly, even at ground level.

We absolutely loved our stay here, it’s a gorgeous hotel and the staff were so nice. Location is awesome, walking distance to the old town but slightly out of the way so it wasn’t too hectic. The room was beautifully styled and was very clean and in good condition.
