There is not a lot of parking available if you plan to drive.

The location was perfect. Restaurants and train station in walking distance. Offered a good selection for breakfast at this hotel. Two blocks away from a great view of Eiffel Tower.

The room did not have a window. After showering hot the room stays very warm and the humidity was high. The AC / air exchange system did not work. The staff looked for a fan but ended up not having one. In the morning the air was really bad (just used up).

Staff was really friendly and tried to help with our needs and problems.

We noticed that smokers sometimes seem to congregate around the doors of the entrance/exit to the hotel, which isn't nice to walk through.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, only a 5 minute walk to the station. It was the perfect base for us, as we attended a trade show in Porte de Versailles, but also wanted to look at the rest of Paris. When we arrived, we checked in with Elina, who was lovely and really helpful. She upgraded our room to a room with a view of the Eiffel Towel, which was brilliant. She also helped us with directions, and spoke in great English, as our French wasn't great. Room wise, the shower was great, nice and hot and powerful. They also had a few different pillows too, which was great, as I found my perfect one.

-THE CHECK-IN TIME WAS SO LATE AT 4 PM -WE ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL AT APPROX 12:30 PM, AND THERE WAS A BLONDE FEMALE RECEPTIONIST. WE MADE IT CLEAR TO HER THAT WE WANT THE ROOM WITH TWIN BEDS (AS WE HAVE ALREADY RESERVED) , AND SHE SAID OKAY, COME BACK AT 4 PM AND IT WILL BE READY. WE CAME BACK AT 5 AND THEY GAVE US A ROOM WITH KING BED. THEN WE SPENT APPROX 1 HOUR WONDERING AROUND THE HOTEL TRYING TO FIND OUR ROOM WITH OUR LUGGAGE TILL WE FINALLY FOUND IT -THE ROOM WAS ACCEPTABLE IN TERMS OF SPACE

when I arrived, a window cleaner was cleaning the front glass door meaning the sliding door was locked. he motioned to me to wait, snd wait, and wait …. this carried on till one of the check in staff, who were great, noticed and told the cleaner to stop and came to open the door. strange welcome

Very helpful staff at the reception. Forgot to ask the name of the guy at the reception who helped us a lot telling us the directions and trains to catch to reach to the places we were visiting. Location near to metro station. Breakfast could be be improved, we were there for only two days but could get boring and repetitive if staying for a week.

Very convenient to the Gare Montparnasse, surprisingly quiet room (considering it faced the main circle with traffic), nice restaurant (limited menu but the food and service was excellent), full breakfast buffet in a spacious room with view to an inner courtyard with greenery. It’s winter now but I also noticed that there are tables outside in the inner courtyard which would offer nice ambience. Mathis greeted me at reception and was very accommodating; an adaptor for my charger was immediately available on asking

The reception system used at the hotel, there isn't a real reception and guest relations, it felt like a typical fast business hotel. They didn't have exchange of currency from USD to EUR.

room key had to keep being reissued cause it stopped working and we had a stranger walk into the room in the middle of the night as he was given our room accidentally. He got as much as a fright as we did and was sorted out by the staff quickly.

Check in very late at 4:00 p.m., no reception counter, no porter, the hotel restaurant closed, not even room service except during the very limited hours of the restaurant’s working hours, 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.! Sunday the restaurant is closed, for lunch and dinner you can't even find a piece of bread at the hotel! facilities in the rooms especially in the bathroom very limited, room not being checked for the client, no soap no champoo… the air conditioning did not work… spending two hours to arrange all this upon arrival.

The location is very good, easy access to metro/train station, many cafés and shopping point nearby. the breakfast excellent. Staff is very nice and helpful. Facilities in room could be better for an 4stars hotel.

The Hotel name needs to be updated. We were in Uber and it was confusing. The first room we had was very small. There was no space to put an opened suitcase on the floor.

Please look to see the young man’s name that checked us in on September 5th. He actually lives at the hotel; perhaps 206? He was beyond helpful to us. The room that we booked had no working air conditioning and we couldn’t find a working outlet to plug our devices in. He came to confirm that these things weren’t working and promptly helped to move us to another room. It was after 11pm and he happily assisted us and upgraded us to a nicer room for our trouble. The bar staff was also wonderful. Engaging in conversation and happy to answer our many questions.

Air condition was not working properly and a slightly odd smell in the room as a consequence. Also, the "no reception desk" policy was strange and in no way optimal.

The breakfast was the best part of this hotel. Exceptional good for our celiac daughter who needs a gluten free diet.
