Staff was extremely helpful and kind with us! My dad needed to keep his medication in the fridge and they didn't hesitate a second to store it during our stay and we could fetch it whenever he needed. I recommend 100% a stay in this lovely and originally decorated hotel, our experience was great!

We had no problems, but some might not enjoy the small, old school lift. It worked every time for us, though.

Handy location for various metro stations. Hotel is located in a small cul de sac and is on a quiet street. Rooms clean and ours on the 6th floor was very big.

The hotel is a beautiful house in a cul-de-sac, with a typically Parisian atmosphere, chic and sexy. The bathroom was very well designed and large even if the rooms in Paris are always a little small. The reception open 24/7 responds to all of your requests. The young woman during the day or the man during the night are both very nice and contribute greatly to making us feel at home. Thanks to them.

The elevator was quite small and there was no A/C but it’s my fault for not checking beforehand.

It’s close to places like galleries Lafayette and opera garnier and only 5 stops in the metro to go to the louvre museum.

Really lovely hotel - the staff was great and accomodating. We were able to get an early check-in and leave our luggage on our departure day in their luggage storage which we appreciated. Wonderful location, we were able to walk, bus, and metro everywhere with ease from the location.

We loved the hotel whit all the crazy colors and great interior. The location was perfect! Nice clean area. The only minus for us was the bed that was a bit to hard for us. But if they had bed madras it would have been perfect 👍🏻

It was all great.

A gorgeous hotel, dark and moody but clean and comfortable. Really great breakfast. Interestingly placed mirrors and semi erotic photos on the walls. Not sure what our kids made of those. Staff were very nice and helpful. A great area, walking distance from the Gare du Nord and de L'Est but much calmer and without the edgy feel of the stations.

I was under the impression the room had air conditioning, it did not. It had 2 fans.

Narrow beds and being in a cul-de-sac meant that any noise is amplified.

The location was great with easy access to food and transport. It's also walking distance to a number of major tourist sights. The room was tastefully decorated – with a real Parisian feel. Also love the quirky elevator!

It was quite dark in a room, also I would say it's hotel rather for couples or singles as for a family

It's a typical old Paris building with a special flair, rooms were cleaned every day and the stuff is friendly and helpful. Vintage tiny elevator is rather a showpiece, living area is nice it's about 7 min walk to the metro Pigalle
