Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There was nothing that we didn't like. Every part of our stay was excellent, and it provided us with a good night's sleep before we hopped on a plane the next morning. We appreciate everything they did to help make our stay comfortable.
We enjoyed the air conditioning in the room. The last place we stayed at said it had air conditioning, but it did not. We ended up moving hotels to the Ibis and had an excellent stay.

There is scope for improvement. Space between the TV unit and bed was very small. So, one has to walk cautiously inside the room. In the breakfast, they can also provide chicken sausage. In the room, they can provide electric kettle.
I visited to the hotel for the first time and found is suitable for me. They provided help as on when needed. Staff is very good and helpful. Breakfast was good. I visited for official purpose and hotel was very near to my office.

Room was pretty tight and walls were thin (could hear noise in hallways and room next door). But fine for one night stay.

With Ibis you nearly always know ahead of time what you're going to get.. clean and decent accommodations but nothing extraordinary. It worked.

No tea making facilities in the room, but a very small gripe considering the price of our stay.
Good value for money, good evening meal, friendly and helpful staff that helped to improve my French. Very close to the airport dropped off the hire car the day before the flight and walked back to the hotel in 20 minutes. Only 6 Euro's charge per room for the airport transport, couldn't fault anything.

Room had the French cellar smell. Room was also quite small. It’s okay for 2 adults but it was a tight squeeze with our 2 large roller cases and carry on, also the shower was low in pressure.. i have very long hair to wash. My father didn’t notice.
Breakfast was standard. It was quite busy when we went down so I felt a bit rushed eating. You could boil your own eggs which I thought was a nice touch. They also had hot sausages and scramble available. Big tea selection. We also had dinner the burger bun was rather hard and fries could have been hotter but overall it was fine. Dessert was fine and so was crave assortment of cheese. We took the shuttle the hotel offers to and from the airports. The drive is like 3 mins so the location was very convenient.

We got lost walking from the station - it's probably an easier and safer journey by car/cab than walking from the bus stop, particularly as there are two Ibises 5 mins apart.
Very friendly, welcoming and helpful night staff (Cedric) helped us find the hotel and gave detailed suggestions about the region and places to visit.

It was a small room if I we were staying longer.
The receptionist was very friendly, spoke English and was very helpful making suggestions of places to shop or eat that suited parent & child.we booked last minute 30 minutes before checking in. We were put in a twin rm which was better for us. It was good for a stopover for an early flight.You can walk to the airport.

Very basic in the room (not sure what the difference would be vs. Ibis Budget). If you arrive on foot it's not very welcoming - you have to approach a vehicle gate and press the intercom. This isn't obvious and there are people hanging around/sleeping around the site of the hotel.
Conveniently located for airport. Breakfast selection was good.
