Check in is horrendous as there isn’t anybody there. Advertised with parking, but there isn’t any (unless you own a mini and check in when someone is actually there) and it’s very stressful to try and find any parking! Breakfast is poor, go to the bakery down the road.

The best Ibis budget hotel ! The location, the view, room, balcony, bathroom,breakfast, price, parking - everything Top. We had some problem with the room' lock, but Jenis is an incredible person, very professional , kind and he had a solution for everything. So everything was fixed very fast. Thank you so much Jenis!! Definitely we will come back again .!

It was all good.

Everything was as expected, rooms were small but comfy, cleaning was good. The bathroom was decent sized. The location is really good, we had a room facing the marina with a small balcony (very nice view). It was in front of the road, a little noisy, but it didn't bother me. Another room was in the back side, much quieter but no view.

The floor was super dirty and the mattress started to have the shape of a used mattress that feels like a "W". If they would at least turn it around would be super!

The bed was quite comfy, better than the bed sofas you find at other places in Menton. It was quite and the bathroom was spacious. Easy check in and out

Unfortunately, there is pay parking in front of the hotel, that we had not been aware of, so we received a ticket :-(

You get very good value for your money. The location is excellent either by car or by train. Breakfast is modest, but there are cafés and breakfast places in the proximity, if you should opt to book without. There is even a pizza street food vendor and a restaurant next door, so you won't go hungry, for sure!

Room had a smell when I first walked in, but it quickly disappeared when air con was on or if the door was open.

The parking is very crammed. I struggled to park a compact SUV. Taking many many back and forwards to do so. The hotel does warn clients about this. A bit far from the center of Menton but just a 20 min stroll down the promenade. There's no bus after 8.30 pm.

The reception staff was really friendly and spoke Portuguese. The room was nice and way more spacious than the budget in Cannes. The bathroom seemed to have been recently renovated.

The room was a bit dirty and felt uncared for. Sticky, gritty floor and cracks in fittings. The Aircon never reached a suitably cold temperature and the plastic bed cover made it sticky at night.

I booked here as a suitable end to my long distance hike through the Alps. The shower and excellent breakfast were very welcome. It was great to be so near the beach and a stone's throw from Garavan station.
