JapanBecause our flight was cancelled, we know that a lot of passengers suddenly booked this hotel late at night. It was probably very difficult for the staff, and they did their best to help everyone. However, it did cause some small problems. During check-in, there was only one staff member present, so processing everyone took a long time. When booking on Booking.com, it said that breakfast was included, but the staff told us that there would be no breakfast (it wasn't so important for us, so we didn't worry about it). The check out time the next day is until 12:00, but in the morning the cleaning staff repeatedly tried to enter our room while we were still waking up. Again, we understand that the situation was difficult, and we really feel sorry for the staff member at the front desk at midnight, but - as an airport hotel - we think that this situation must be fairly common, so there must be a better way to prepare for it (for both staff and customers).
We booked this hotel on the day after our late night (22:00) flight was cancelled and we needed a place to sleep for the night. The room was pleasantly furnished, and it looks like the bathroom was recently renovated. The room itself was comfortable and well equipped (we enjoyed the provided teas), although there is no fridge. The staff were helpful despite the difficult situation, and their shuttle and taxi arrangements to CDG airport are very useful. Also, the late check-out time (12:00) was a very pleasant bonus, allowing us to rest up before our rescheduled flight the next day. Overall, a pleasant emergency stay. If I needed a hotel near Charles de Gaulle Airport, I would consider this one.

AustraliaThe Reception girl took our money for the shuttle but had no idea what terminal it went to. This was discovered the following morning that the 8am shuttle we were booked on did not go to terminal 1. It was fortunate that we had left plenty of time to check in with our airline. The shower in the disabled bathroom didn’t drain well. had no curtain or glass so water flowed everywhere making the room dangerous!

United StatesI didn't like that you now have to pay for the shuttle from and to the airport. It is only $5 but there aren't as many shuttles as there used to be. Things were much smoother before they used the services of a private company. It also took some effort to find the shuttle location. The rooms could use a fridge and a microwave, like every basic hotel room in the USA.
The bed is really comfy, large with a good mattress. Pillows are nice too. It was very quiet. I didn't have breakfast this time but had their all you-can-eat cold buffet for the 3rd time and it was amazing.

FranceHave stayed at this hotel several times before and chose it because of it's excellent evening buffet and breakfast buffet. Neither were available. there was a very limited evening menu.....2 of the 4 items were unavailable and i ended up having a croque monsieur from the snack menu which after a 9 hour drive was not good. This is a hotel at a major international airport and yet the television channels available were extremely limited and basically in french.....which I speak.....but when tired prefer to be entertained in my own language
