The room was too tiny i.e. it would have been good to have a chair in the room. Our room was on the fifth floor and the elevator did not work only at last morning.

The location is very good. The receptionist are nice. The room had a great view to Eifel Tower from the small balcony. The room was clean and was cleaned daily.

Very friendly reception and staff, were great with our kids, too. The rooms were nice and clean and very good value for the price, especially given that it was Easter in Paris. The location and neighborhood are fantastic, with easy connections by bus and subway. Plenty of shops and restaurants around the corner. In walking distance to the Eiffel tower.

A bit far away from anything and earlier checkout than normal hotels. A bit pricey. Room was a bit cold, had to use space heater which seems dangerous.

The space was small as per the price paid. We were there for 3nights so it was decent for us. Lift is very small and hardly can be managed for one person with a big luggage.

The location was the best part as everything was very nearby. Eiffel tower was just 2km away from the place and on a bright sunny day you can also spot it from your window. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby for eating out. And bedsheet to washroom, everything was clean and tidy.

The breakfast has good pastries, but it has little variety of products. Eating exactly the same thing for 4 straight mornings is monotonous. Furthermore, I think that bringing a baguette, a pain au chocolat and a croissant for every person facilitates food waste (I for instance cannot eat all these in the morning), so maybe letting guests pick these as well from the buffet at their own will is a better choice.

Great location, close to many metro lines. Safe neighborhood. Extremely clean rooms.

If you’re looking for a cheap, clean and comfortable option in a really nice but not touristy neighbourhood, I recommend this place. Very nice staff and good transport links

Maybe a bit cold, the AC doesn’t go over 24 degrees C. But I suppose it is easily fixable.

Staff were very nice at the reception. The hotel is really good, for Paris standards, clean and the rooms and bathrooms have been recently renovated. Only issue was with the neighbors, they were really loud. The location is really convenient, as you have a metro station only a few hundred meters away, line12, which takes you to the main points of interest. I would go back in the future.

It was quite cold in the room, even with air conditioning on. It made us feel uncomfortable. Toilet doors...It was renovated and didn't close all door hole. 2 cm hole left. No sleepers

The fact that I had to ask for toilet paper and the clerk checked the “book”and said we were given some when in fact we did not have the room serviced. Had to go back down and get some. It was a bit ridiculous and this seems petty.

The cost was “reasonable” for Paris.

The owner was lovely and upgraded our stay arrangements so that we were more comfortable, giving us an extra room for a very low cost. Location was excellent and very affordable for Paris prices.
