Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomNothing the hotel was perfect
Home from home atmosphere the hotel is exceptional, new indoor pool area there is a steam room which you need after skiing all day. 5 mins walk to pleney lift 10-15 mins walk to super morzine. We stayed bed and breakfast and ate one night in the hotel which was delicious. Family run hotel who had all the knowledge and links you need to have a wonderful holiday, lift passes can be bought at the hotel and you get a discount if using felix ski for hire of ski equipment , the staff in there were wonderful too. We highly recommend this hotel

United KingdomOnly thing I’d say is if the pool opened earlier in the morning for a swim.
The hotel is very modern and stylish also it is extremely clean and tidy! We love the facilities that it has to offer including the pool and hot tubs. The rooms were very comfortable and with a great views, we found the location perfect as it’s easy accessible to the town. We found all the staff very friendly and pleasant. They have recently done a lot of work including a new swimming pool, which was a pleasant surprise! All in all a very lovely and highly recommended hotel.

United KingdomToo many little compromises for real comfort. The shower was at an awkward angle, the balcony furniture didn’t fit or allow for a view if you were sat on it. The indoor spa pool was rather cold.
Attractively designed room. Good bathroom. Pleasant bar area. Nice solarium.

BelgiumThe small toilet room and shower room, without ventilation.
Very nice chalet-style hotel, great facilities, excellent breakfast, very helpful and kind staff (e.g. were flexible to arrange for us a breakfast table in the bar rather than the restaurant so that we could be with our dog). It was really a pleasure to stay there and will certainly come back.

United KingdomNothing to dislike. It was a bit warm when we were there so maybe a fan in the room for the hotter nights.
Excellent location and the hotel felt like home away from home. It had such a relaxed vibe to it and staff were very attentive and available but not in your face. Rooms were spacious and yet very cosy. The garden and pool area was fabulous and at certain times in the day it was very quiet . We enjoyed sitting in the garden to enjoy a pre dinner drink.

United KingdomNext time I would go for a bedroom overlooking the hillside not the car park because if it’s hot and you have the balcony door open you can hear more traffic and neighbours on their balconies in other buildings.
A very friendly place, excellent food and very comfy beds. I stayed with my 10 and 8 year old and they loved the pool and breakfast. Free parking. The location was excellent and meant a short walk to the centre of town for the main lifts or up to the tree top climbing/cascade/river walk. Perfect place for a summer stay in Morzine if you want to be near town but in a quieter area.

JerseyI knew we had a small room, it was fine. The only gripe was the width of the single beds..very narrow, so hard to get comfortable. Hotel definitely for a relaxing quiet time. Not for those looking for fun!

GermanyThe food was very good but there was no vegetarian option offered at the meal so I was offered a plate of cheese polenta and carrot mash. Quite disappointing but the server seemed to think he was already going above and beyond... Breakfast was very good although it is machine coffee. A real bike station would be a big advantage.
Great hotel in a super location right on the piste (we were there in summer but it would be perfect in winter!). Great rooms, lovely pool and very friendly hosts. Beds were very comfy too. Parking was plentiful and they had chargers for electric cars too.

FranceWe loved everything about this hotel. The room was gorgeous, the staff very friendly and helpful in every possible way. Went there for the Spartan Morzine, stayed 3 nights and will definitely be back next year. They even helped with breakfast outside of normal hours. Walking distance of everything you need. A lot of information in the hotel regarding activities around and the hammam and jacuzzi are awesome.

United KingdomThe hotel staff made the stay that much more pleasant, really lovely people and always had a smile on their face. The rooms were immaculate and cleaned every day. The shower was powerful, lovely and hot and also very clean. We slept like a log the whole week we were there (no noise at all) and the beds were so comfortable and cosy! Even though my sister has issues with sleeping and falling asleep she admitted she’s probably had the best sleep of her life while we’ve been there. The sitting area with all the cosy chairs is probably my favourite place in the world to date with how comfortable and cosy it was, especially once that open fire got going 😍 (it was also kept topped up with logs all afternoon/night and didn’t ever go out while I was reading my kindle and drinking wine in a comfy chair) The red wine was dangerously good. The food was also great. Breakfast was self serve and really hit the mark with all the options. For me it consisted of scrambled eggs (beautifully done) ,cold hams, nice bread with spready cheese, yoghurts, self serve boiled eggs, fresh fruit pots, cereal, orange juice, apple juice and of course tea (this is only what I ate, was a lot more stuff too) my sister was best friends with the coffee machine of course to which she says was lovely. 8/10 for breakfast We also tried the evening meal (4 courses) for two nights and it was really nicely done. Meat (lamb) was cooked and seasoned to perfection. The chicken was just mouth watering. veg always crisp, fresh and with a small crunch. The sweet potato purée was god tier 🤤. soups were very tasty (mushroom was absolutely banging 👌) and cheeses really nice. The desserts were the star for us though 🤌🏼🤌🏼 9/10 (was an 8 but that one chicken dish made my evening) Good value for money and very convenient to eat downstairs if you’re totally energy drained like we were. The large downstairs heated jacuzzi and steam room really helped with the aches and pains.
