What a fantastic stay! Jerome is a five star host,extremely polite,kind,and knowledgeable. The appartment is located in a beautiful area of Versailles,it was so calm and peaceful,the decor and facilities were fantastic. Our own little Versailles for a two night stay,I only wish I had booked a longer stay. Will most definitely be back! Merci Jerome!

There wasn't anything we did not like!

This is a lovely place 10 mins walk from the centre of versailles. We were only there briefly for one night but we would definitely return and stay longer The host was very nice and helpful and gave us lots of good information about where to go in versailles.. The sofa bed is comfy as well as the main bed. We are a family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 ten year Olds. The apartment location was very peaceful- I don't know if this was because it was August or whether it would be like this all the time. All the streets are beautiful architecture. We had good pastries from the local boulangerie. The apartment is compact, but well organized and well designed- lots of attention to detail.

Gerome was a very accommodating host, provided us with lots of information about Versailles. Facilities were excellent and location was perfect. The price was great and free parking was an added bonus!

Nothing could be faulted.

The host was so well organised and he even provided maps and guides for the city. He was most accommodating and had a wonderful manner when welcoming us to his place. This place is very well located only 5-10 minutes walking distance to all attractions. Very safe, surrounded by beautiful historical homes to walk past on your way to the main attractions. The attention to detail in the accommodation is exceptional and reflective of the location. We give this beautiful place 5 stars out of 5 for location, cleanliness, value for money, host introduction to the areas and the facilities provided. Outstanding city and accommodation and we will be back again for a longer stay.

A warm welcome from Jerôme, good contact before arrival and during our stay if needed. Location, excellent between the château and town, the food market, all accessible on foot. Quiet. Comfortable, clean, well-decorated and a well-equipped kitchen. Lots of local information. Excellent wi-fi. Pleasant small tettace.

It is certainly a wonderful place to stay in Versailles! Location is ideal, so close to the castle, walking distance to the railway station, patisserie is nearby, organic grocery shop is nearby. In the same time it is so quiet, you can have dinner sitting outside on the terrace and enjoy the beauty in the air. Interior of thr apartment is special in every detail- you never lose the feeling where you are, there are details that keep the aristocratic ambience that is combined with some design accessories. Great location in a quiet area yet within walking distance to The Palace of Versailles, the train stations to Paris and lots of bars and restaurants. Lovely outdoor market also in walking distance a few days a week. The property was very well presented and comfortable just what we needed for seeing Versailles and Paris it was all very easy. Very helpful host that couldn’t do enough for us.

However, we experienced the apartment as very humid and with a poor indoor climate due to this humidity. We had to air out often with doors and windows open for a long time. Another thing we missed was more than one towel per person, since we stayed three nights. We think that our stay was a bit expensive compared to what we could have gotten if we had booked a hotel room, which was slightly more expensive than the apartment.

The apartment has a fine location in Versailles nearby both the castle, shops, train station and bus stops. It was clean and tidy when we arrived and all furniture including the bed was in a good condition. It was very nice to get information about free parking in the city. We didn’t quite expect that this free parking was 500 meters away from the apartment and that there were limited spaces available - but this was manageable. We might just could have wished to know this before we booked our stay. The host was very friendly and had made the apartment cozy before our arrival. He explained throughly about the use of the apartment and was polite to offer us a lot of information about Versailles. It was very easy to get in contact with the host during our stay. There was no problem either with paying and returning if the deposit.

The host was very fussy and over the top, going into minutiae of detail on common sense things. He took so long to show us around a one room studio. We felt that we could not relax, in case anything happened to his apartment. We are a sensible couple in our 50’s. We were relieved when our stay was over. We paid for our stay in advance, he then took a €200 damage deposit. We would not stay again.

Very pleasant studio in excellent location in Versailles.
