The pictures on booking were clearly taken some years ago when the rooms where less lived in. The layout and colours were a bit depressing. Though the room was spacious it felt neglected and not taken much care of. It seemed like old flats were quickly converted into profitable apartments rather than a purpose built apart- hotel.

The location is close to the train station and the City centre is just a short and nice walk away. The staff was also very helpful and friendly.

Kitchenette not adequately supplied with cooking pans/ utensils to realistically be able to cook. Often had to ask for pool towels as not enough. Pool a bit too cool and slightly murky.

My bed had some sort of mattress protector that rustled and made me very warm. I didn't sleep so well. All a bit dated.

Location is very convenient for the station and walking into the town. Staff helpful and speak good English. Room is quite large.

The rooms are old, carpet is kind of dirty, aparments are on the small side.

The Pool is nice, small bur sufficient and a great facility to have. Daily cleaning.

Selfish family in pool !!

Very close to train station and only 10-15 min walk to main attractions . The staff were super friendly and the room was great with having the facilities to cook means we saved money on breakfast as we made our own ! Swimming pool nice but small and was busy with a family that acted like they owned it so I didn’t get to enjoy it as much as I would have liked!

The after-hours door was hard to get open, the night watchman had to help us both nights

The reception desk staff were so friendly and helpful. One of the staff gave us recommendations on where to eat, and they all were great places to eat.

Décor a little dated (but fine)

Great location, good parking. Spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen (the only thing missing was basics like oil, salt, pepper, even a sponge and dish liquid).

The facilities were a bit dated and the swimming pool was nothing special and the sauna was not included in the price.

They quite fairly want guests to wash up crockery etc. provided in kitchenette but provided nothing to do that with. Not even a token dishwasher tablet.

The room was a good size, separate bathroom and toilet, a kitchen area. Very near the central train station, good connection to public transport and easy walking distance from centre. The breakfast was very good at the hotel, but there are many bakeries in the city with exceptional breakfast options.

The closing times for the pool (currently 8pm) could have been extended. The pool was closed by the time we came back to the hotel after roaming around the city.

The room was cozy and clean. Breakfast was good. The location is very close to the main station and yet away from the crowded areas.

The weather was so hot and there was no air conditioning.

Room was big and spacious. however there were some hiccups when we received the room, shower handle wasn't stable, they fixed it immediately, Kitchen aids was great, at the beginning the water boiler and cooking pan was in bad condition the staff gave us New ones immediately.
