We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe spa/jacuzzi area is ok but not great. A bit of a dark dull space. Very slippery floor! Could be improved. The booking system which other reviews comment on works just fine however - no issues with that.
Very well presented hotel, very helpful staff, good location for skiing (better than it looks on the map!), nice rooms with balconies, easy free parking, nice restaurant and bar. Would throughly recommend staying there.

Chalet Blanc is a lovely hotel that's located centrally in Montgenevre. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the hotel facilities were excellent.

RomaniaBeautiful location, with great food, and amazing staff! The beds are comfy and I think the rooms are soundproofed because we didn't hear a thing! We slept like babies. Even if it is a hotel, once you enter the room you feel like you're in a wooden cabin! Great experience! Montgenevre is dreamy and we were happy to stay at Le Chalet Blanc! Will definitely come back!

United KingdomFirstly, I don’t know how they are allowed to call it a ‘SPA HOTEL’! On arrival we went down to the ‘spa’ which consisted of a small steam room, a tiny and not very hot sauna and a jacuzzi. There was one other couple in it with us and we were constantly waiting for them to free up the jacuzzi, to get out from under the only shower that was working…the marble floor was dangerously slippery and I had difficulty walking around in the oversized (about size 10) towelling mules we found in our room! I understand that it was almost the end of the summer season but my daughter was looking forward to a facial massage, myself to a full body massage - neither were available. When we asked about using the pool we were told there was no pool and we couldn’t book to use one we had seen in an adjacent hotel as it was ‘booked up’ ( we saw very few people whilst there so were surprised at this)
Did not book breakfast as it was an extra €16 each and we do not eat much in the mornings
