It was not a warm April day but our room was really hot. We were on the 6th floor so perhaps the heat rose but even with the AC on it was hot at night. We ended up opening the window our second night. The AC didn't seem to be blowing much cold air, We wondered if perhaps it wasn't actually turned on yet. We survived, but working AC would have helped. As for the room size, they are small, but that's Paris, all the similar hotels have small rooms. We did think this was particularly small and thought anyone with giant rolling suitcases might struggle to find a spot for them. As we are carry on only it was ok.

For anyone travelling via train from Montparnaise, it's a perfect location. Odessa is also home to our favourite creperie so we have a soft spot for our street. Regarding the street, the windows kept out any noise. The beds were comfortabke and the room clean. he staff were really good and friendly.

When someone opens/closes door, we could hear that. Lack of pillows. The cleaning lady didn't come until 3,4 pm the first day, and we were just back getting rest after walk so once she came we were sleeping. The result is that room wasn't cleaned one day...

The location is perfect. Staff is friendly. Nice accommodation.

The breakfast room is a bit small and without window. Floor is the minus 1. The lift arrives in the room. There is also a stair coming down from the reception. So, it is safe..

The location is fantastic! The hotel is located in a quite and small street close to the busy avenues. It is quiete! You can visit the 6th , 7th, and more easily by walking distance. Near the hotel, there are lots of nice bars and restaurants. Great food, very international for all budgets. The staff is very nice. Each of them is very sympathetic and ready to help. You feel like at home. Breakfast is nice. There is choice: cheese, meat, eggs, different breads, croissants, cereals, juice, compotes, yoghurts and more.

All good for the price.

We chose the hotel for its location very near gare de Montparnasse. The street its on is busy with restaurants and traffic but our room was very quiet. There are several cinemas nearby and we'll definitely stay there again just for that.

Poor cleaning, beds were done daily but no real cleaning, stuff was left from previous clients ( sauce from asiatic restaurant…) under the bed. Little to no service, no soap at arrival, missing a towel. Had to go down ourselves to get things. They couldn’t move Breakfast very noisy due to employees chatting loud in the kitchen right next to the breakfast room

Nothing in particular. Only small complaint is our room is next to the lift and can be a bit noisy. Good thing is the noise dies down when it gets late.

The staff is excellent especially Mourad, I hope I spelled his name correctly and an elder gentlemen who wrote glasses at the reception. Both were very friendly in making sure we are settle in properly.

Bedroom didn't look as nice as on pictures and there was a bit of black mould in window sills.

It's location is great, although a bit loud outside during night was pretty quiet, so sleep is guaranteed. Staff was lovely. Bathroom was recently renovated. Pleasant stay and would be back for sure. Thanks!

Breakfast was very good but not consistent, for example in one day there was yogurt, the other not. The staff is friendly but no one in the breakfast staff would speak something else than French.

Location was excellent! Close to several metro options. The neighborhood itself is also pleasant, with many restaurants and a nice vibe. The room was very clean and functional.

Shower in bathroom needed a really good clean. Otherwise room was very clean. Only went for breakfast 1 morning - lots of better options at nearby cafés.

Excellent location, lots of nearby very reasonable cafes and restaurants. Close to most Metro lines and main Montparnasse Station. Staff were very helpful. Rooms are a reasonable size for a city hotel.

Towels in the room had seen better days, were practically threadbare. Breakfast, although adequate, was limited choice, but ok for a one-night stopover.

Easy to find via the Metro from the main station. Arrived early so were able to leave our bags. Rooms comfortable and clean.

Room was small but manageable. Barely had space for both suitcases and be able to walk around bed.

The room was quiet. The bed was comfortable. Location was good. Concierge contacted taxi to get to CDG for fixed price. Could store bags after checkout until leave for airport.
