We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Clean and comfortable. Great spacious room with excellent bathroom. Quiet and very convenient for motorway stopover. Very nice staff and excellent dinner.

United KingdomIt was all great, I just can't comment on dinner or breakfast as we didn't partake but next time we will ensure we arrive earlier for the full experience.
We were late arriving but communication with the hotel was brilliant and the welcome even after reception had closed was wonderful, they had left very clear instructions and a heart warming note. Beds and room were wonderful I was just sorry that we were too late for dinner. I was also so impressed that they gave our family (of 5) two adjoining rooms which happens less often than you would expect and the bed layout was so logical and suitable which again doesn't happen as often as you would think. You could feel the human touch in every aspect of our stay.

A perfect stop not far from the motorway with access to some wonderful places to visit. This is a gem of a hotel with spacious rooms, a large comfortable bed, a good breakfast, restaurant, good wifi and good car parking. It is a countryside location so quiet for walking the dog and my ground floor room made access easy and also had the benefit of an outside seating area.

United KingdomThe room had a wet room bathroom. The area had definitely seen better days and requires an overhaul during the winter months. Tiles on the wall and floor need cleaning and perhaps a new rubberised floor should be installed in the area for cleanliness for the client and easy to clean for the staff The wall tiles need replacing or covering with a waterproof board, again for ease of use and cleaning. The room itself had excellent air conditioning. The bed and pillows were too soft for me but this is a personal preference.
The staff at the Logis were exceptional, pleasant and delighted to help. The food was of a very high standard, service and ambiance just perfect. Local ingredients used in the dishes. Breakfast of self service comprehensive and fresh. We would stay there again.
