Good location, comfortable, well equipped. And have to underline perfect support from the property team during my stay, especially when I got fever late in the evening and had to see the doctor. Out of all my stays I haven’t met such a nice and helpful property team.

Great location in the center of Paris, well connected from subway and bus lanes. Lively neighborhood. What we liked the most : Soundproof windows. Welcome pack of dishwashing and shower gel. Very fast wifi. secured building and appartment.

This hotel is a beautiful, and useful area in Paris. The room is so amazing kitchen, living room, and bedroom. The quiet and cozy living room made us relaxed.

A great apartment in a fabulous location - we walked everywhere! Lots of restaurants, shops, transport (though not really required), museums and galleries within walking distance. The apartment was spacious, clean, in a very safe and secure building and had lots of amenities. The owner was super helpful and fast when we needed extra supplies. The key pick up was very, very easy. And late check-out, no problem. Would definitely stay again and have already shared details of the apartment with friends.

This apartment rental group is renting out multiple rooms that they have within this area of Paris. The problem is that the rooms are vastly different, so you won't really know which one you are booking prior to purchase. We cut our trip in half and found new accommodations, but the property was able to refund those unused days. The room we stayed in had been remodeled maybe 10-15 years ago, and was outdated. The bed was uncomfortably firm, pillows were pretty poor, and soundproofing was non existent. I could hear conversations from the unit above. The sofa couch was really firm and tilted slightly forward, so it was hard to enjoy sitting on it. We did not try opening the sofa couch. The biggest problem was the lack of natural lighting during the day. The unit had two small windows off of a chimney light stack. These are pretty common in Paris, but feel like old dismal tenements converted to modern housing. It doesn't really meet the expectations of modern living. If you were going to try to work here, bring a massive zoom light, because you're gonna need it. There were air bubbles in the water line (10 minutes of flushing water got them out), which means it hadn't been rented in quite some time. We had to have the keys hand delivered to us, because the unit was very difficult to find in the building. This wasn't an issue for us, but might be for some travelers arriving at odd times.

The unit was functional, and there was an elevator to it. The shower worked well despite the look of it. The apartment group worked with us to get a refund on unused days since we decided to move accommodations halfway through our stay. The internet was fast and easy to connect.

There was only 15-18 mins of hot water, so it was difficult for 2 people to shower one after the other. Huge inconvenience.
