We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

KuwaitIt would have been perfect if it had a spa with pool and jacuzzi returning to the hotel from town center is an uphill walk can be tiring (approx 15 mins)
We loved our stay in this Chalet hotel. Julie, Margaux and the entire team were absolutely amazing and made our stay really comfortable and memorable. We booked a whole chalet which was a great choice for a group of 5. The hotel has ski-in / ski-out access which makes it extremely fun and convenient. The staff are really helpful and friendly and the overall customer service is exceptional! They offer a shuttle service 1 time per day after ski lifts close and to/from the car parking.

Just an excellent location for a ski trip to Les Arc. The chalet/hotel is right on the slopes, and the need to be collected from a near-by ski lift and to be delivered by snow jeep makes for a memorable arrival/departure. Despite this season not being the best for snow conditions, we were able to ski (with a bit of care) right back to the hotel. Julie and her team run an excellent show, and are always concerned to deliver a quality stay.

The hotel is right next to Les Arcs 1800, which was fantastic as I could just walk less than 5 mins to my tennis camp.

United KingdomSadly for most nights the food was below our expectation including the quality and the choices available. We expected more given the level of the hotel.
The location of this hotel was great. It is ski in and ski out. The rooms were comfortable and had great views of the mountains. We also received a very kind upgrade.

Beautiful chalet, all the privacy and peace of your own place but with hotel facilities. Really helpful staff.
