While we eventually found the hotel, better signage at the main entrance would be a significant improvement for future guests. Our biggest concern, however, was a safety issue within the room. Our child fell off the bed and sustained a cut on their cheek from the sharp corner of a side table. The injury required attention, and it highlighted a serious design flaw. For a hotel that welcomes families, we strongly suggest that the furniture's sharp corners be replaced with rounded edges to prevent such accidents.

The only slight and minor thing that detracts is the corridors which are tired and need decorating but this does not detract from a fabulous place to stay

We were on the ground floor and the room was in the courtyard with a chair next to our window. We can hear people having a conversation on the phone.

Our room had a lingering smell of drains, and the air con wasn't that effective. We had to ask for an extra set of towels as they only supplied enough for one person.

Dishes and cups were stained and chipped. Toilet didn’t flush waste easily. The laundry room was down stairs in the cellar and there was no camera. The hotel charges people to store their goods before check which isn’t standard practice for most hotels.

Spacious, close to everything, comfortable couch and beds. TV had Netflix which was nice. Enough cooking tools. Fridge, stove, microwave. Staff were over all friendly. They had laundry facilities.

Check you have what you need in the kitchen. The pillows were not comfortable.

My room was very spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The kitchenette was a little basic in its equipment, but adequate. The bathroom was large and well designed. The whole place was very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. Very close to the railway station and car hire firms.

There was no lounge, only an outdoor space to relax.

Location was terrific, right at the central rail station and the tram lines were right out side the door. Breakfast was good but the eggs and bacon were undercooked. The room was spacious and well equipped except that there was only one armchair. The reception staff were very helpful.
