The door and building is not sound proof so you can hear people talking or having their shower for example in the adjacent room. We had to deposit our trash in the basement and the basement was kind of scary place.

I Found the pictures on Booking.com to be somewhat misleading - I was given the impression that there are 2 normal bedrooms, but actually it’s 1 bedroom, 1 living room with an extendable couch and 1 area with a bunk bed that is connected to the living room and there is no door. We were fine but just something that took us by surprise, though perhaps I didn’t read enough through the description when booking, only relied on pictures.

It’s clean, in a lovely quiet location and I found it to be very good value for money. Also the staff is very professional, helpful and friendly.

We had to take the rubbish ourselves to the basement. I would not expect this but it was not a big effort. Maybe it could be nice to have a rubbish place more accesible to the customers than the basement?

Enough space and bigger room that usual for this price. The kitchen was equiped with everything needed. Easy to access. Everything was clean and the decoration is nice

Guy at check-in. Entrance to parking garage underneath the building is a bit small if you have a big(ger) car. Other then that perfect!

My wife and I stayed here for visiting Strasbourg and its Christmas markets. Located by car about 30 minutes from the city center of Strasbourg it's a good location as base for visiting the city. Not perfect but good enough. As we visited in winter (with snow and subzero temperatures outside) we didn't see much of the surrounding area except from our room balcony and from the road. But it's rural so I'm sure in summers it's a good location also to visit the Vosges region. The room itself is nice with it's own kitchen and dinner table. Very comfortable and quiet. The guy at check-in was a bit grumpy and had us run in circles to find the entrance to the apartment. The girl next morning and at check-out (both the same person) was very friendly and helpful with questions about Strasbourg, specifically where to park and get around. We'd love to come back one day in the summer and see everything blossoming.

The room was generally below par and smelled musty and noisy. The hotel is best suited as a transit hotel, to stay just for one night. Then it is a good hotel. Hardly any closets and the room appeared not very neat. Towels were also not very clean. All in all, the place is missing tender love and care. Just that extra bit to have you stay longer. Had to pay extra for a balcony, but the balcony dimensions are lost for the room. No need to get outside the balcony? get a room without.

The bathroom was nice with a decent shower and bath. Kitchen appliances were ok and ready for use. Good room for a single night to stay and move on. Everything working at least The balcony was good for dry seating even during a bit of rain, comfortable enough Friendly personal during the chckout and curious about the visits you made in the surrounding, so more question than just about the room. Great environment by the way!

The bed was uncomfortable and the sonorisation of the room is awful you hear everything and wakes you up constantly. Not worth the money. The photos are irrelevant and don’t show the real hotel.

Quite basic accommodation in need of refurbishing: cracked tiles in the bathroom, worn out carpets in the hallways…

The price was good compared to other accommodation around the time of year (new year’s Eve).

It wasn’t very clean, from the first step floor was sticky, toilet brush was dirty, bathtub was dirty, we had to re-wash the dishes. No cutting knife in the kitchen. You only get 2 big towels and one for the feet, none for your hands or for the kitchen. Also hairdryer you have to ask from the reception. I wanted to relax in the sauna in the evening, but it’s only open till 7 (same as reception). Shower head was leaking, bathtub was so narrow that you couldn’t sit in it normally. But the biggest flaw is that the amount of hot water is limited by the boiler size, so you have to take a very quick shower and taking a bath isn’t even possible.

Liked to have a small kitchen where we could cook. View from the room was fantastic. Plenty of free parking available (also behind the building). Location is ok, walking distance to shops and restaurants in Mutzig. Good price (but wouldn’t stay there again)

It could be cleaner in the bathroom.

Stayed for one night, we used the kitchen to get some food and sleep one night to continue. I think towels and linen was included and that is nice when you are traveling.
