The beds are quite hard for my personal preference, but we did manage to get some sleep.

The reason we booked this hotel was because its conveniently located very near the train line to Disneyland. We stayed the night before going to the park because we were arriving quite late in Paris. The hotel is nice and modern, and the staff were friendly.

Location in a rough area I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking out in the evening.

Very convenient location for Disney Land Paris as Hotel is next to Metro Station. Iron Room available on Floor is a good add-on. Shopping Mall & Supermarket near by.

45 minute ride on metro to the city center. Station is outside the zone that is covered under Navigo card, hence needs a separate ticket.

Clean, comfortable, value for money. Metro station is close by.

The restaurant was closed during our stay.

The location is perfect if you want to visit Disneyland and pay much less for accommodation. It is right near the underground station and it will take you exactly 30 minutes to Disneyland. The rooms are large, provided with coffee machine and very good cleaning services. The fresh drinkable water on each floor is a big plus. The breakfast was very tasty, but not that many choices. The big minus was the restaurant not functioning during our stay. When you get back to the hotel after a day of eating kind of fastfood in the park, the restaurant is essential. The staff is a big plus in this hotel: they gave us directions, provided all info we needed and gave us good tips for traveling using the underground.

Hard beds and pillows, felt very dated, old smell of smoke lingered in the air even though the hotel has been non-smoking for some time, reception didn’t always answer the phone, staff seemed Disengaged overall though a few people were lovely. Hard to explain but it felt like we were putting upon the staff by being there.

Location nearby train station, clean, quiet, spacious room. The manager kindly refunded us our third night when we had to leave early due to an injury.

Poor breakfast, the empty plates were filled again only if the staff were asked 😐; entrance of the hotel very ugly (old blue faience similar to swimming pool...considering the entrance into the hotel gives the first impresion, there should be major improvements to be done here), climatisation of the room didn't worked properly (maybe a problem only in our room, we haven't complained this to the reception because we used the room only at night)

Very good location (near RER A station Val de Fontaney, 3 min walk to a mall where you can find Auchan store, fast foods restaurants (Mc Donalds, Burger King, KFC) and specific foods restaurants (chinese, japanese, turkish) and other shops, the hotel offers for free plate water and carbonised water within Brita water dispenser on the lobby of each floor, very clean rooms, silentios rooms even the hotel is located near the RER station, very polite and friendly staff;

The AC unit in our room did not work. We let the front desk know, but nothing was done to fix it during our stay. We opened the window to help keep the room a little cooler. The location is not at all Paris-like and felt like a failing commercial district. The hotel overcharged us for breakfast that we never ate. We had to dispute this with the hotel. The hotel charged us for a tourist tax that was supposed to be included in the quoted price (according to Booking.com)

There is a train station and shopping mall right next to the hotel.

Good location. RER just on the corner. Perfect location for Disnayland. Hotel is in 3rd zone, so train tickers to the city more expencive. Auchan and shopping center next. Clean and friendly.

Air conditioning system didn't work well - it was far too hot in the room which made it a little uncomfortable. Not many restaurants open the day we visited which made it difficult to find somewhere to eat. Even the hotel restaurant wasn't available on that day.

The carpet has a strong odor. You can often hear doors slamming. A/C doesn’t have cold air during springtime. Windows too large to be opened fully. Sofa bed is available but is wobbly and mattress not flat when opened.

Our trip included 2 days at Disneyland, thats why hotel was perfect for us as the RER train station is only across the street. It takes approximately 30 minutes train ride either way (from hotel to Disneyland or hotel to Paris- Auber station). And since hotel is outside Paris city center, the price is not as steep. Whats also good is that hotel offers free drinking water via a water dispenser on every floor (includes both still and sparkling water). Theres also a nearby mall with grocery.

There card key keep on malfunction (we stayed for 6 nights but at least request for help in this regard at least 4 times), but immediate assistance is always available, which mitigate a bit of the problem.

Cleaning staff is keep on knocking the door or just like that opening the door to clean or check whether to clean the room or not is annoying. This is not keeping the privacy.

Clean, have bath gel, kettle, refrigerator, extra locker to keep the belongings even more safe etc.,
